【摘要】：現(xiàn)今社會(huì)信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)覆蓋所有領(lǐng)域,從國防科技、航天技術(shù)、移動(dòng)通信至民眾生活服務(wù),無所不至。隨著移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展,人們對其需求也越來越高,如何提供給用戶高質(zhì)量、高效的服務(wù)已成為相關(guān)企業(yè)所必須考慮的競爭手段。語音服務(wù)即是移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的技術(shù)體現(xiàn)之一,也是提高運(yùn)營商效率的一種工具,它可以為用戶提供簡潔、快速的引導(dǎo)和完善的增值服務(wù)。所以確保高質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品和按計(jì)劃時(shí)間完成,是移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)提高其競爭力的保證。規(guī)范的項(xiàng)目管理是在既定的時(shí)間與成本下保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的重要方法和手段,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和控制管理是項(xiàng)目管理的核心組成部分,直接關(guān)系到項(xiàng)目交付成果質(zhì)量的保證和項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的發(fā)揮,是決定項(xiàng)目成功與否的關(guān)鍵因素之一。本文對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理理論、網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)、約束理論及關(guān)鍵鏈理論進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)描述,并以A科技發(fā)展有限公司為案例企業(yè),找出制約項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的約束條件,利用關(guān)鍵鏈項(xiàng)目管理方法對公司項(xiàng)目展開研究,結(jié)合公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu),系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的項(xiàng)目管理理論剖析A公司項(xiàng)目延期的根源。通過理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,提出公司項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理問題的解決方案,降低項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高產(chǎn)品的交付能力。通過對公司以往項(xiàng)目遇到的問題進(jìn)行分析和研究,確定項(xiàng)目需求分析的問題所在,并予以完善,降低需求變更對項(xiàng)目延期的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。結(jié)合工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)細(xì)化項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃顆粒度,明確任務(wù)和職責(zé),合理配置人員,清晰地表示各個(gè)項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)之間的相互聯(lián)系。運(yùn)用三點(diǎn)時(shí)間估算法作為項(xiàng)目時(shí)間估算的基線以提高項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)時(shí)間估算的準(zhǔn)確性。利用關(guān)鍵鏈項(xiàng)目管理的緩沖區(qū)管理提高項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的控制力度,使項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度與項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃相匹配;最后結(jié)合公司智能消息應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目S,實(shí)踐應(yīng)用上述優(yōu)化措施予以證明研究成果的有效性以及在移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)即時(shí)消息相關(guān)項(xiàng)目中推廣的可行性。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the development of social information technology has covered all fields, ranging from defense technology, space technology, mobile communication to people's life service. With the rapid development of mobile Internet, people's demand for it has become higher and higher. How to provide high quality and efficient service to users has become a competitive means that related enterprises must consider. Voice service is not only one of the embodiment of mobile Internet technology, but also a tool to improve the efficiency of operators. It can provide users with simple, rapid guidance and a complete value-added service. So ensure high quality products and finish on schedule, Standard project management is an important method and means to guarantee the quality of products in a given time and cost. Project schedule planning and control management are the core components of project management. It is directly related to the quality assurance of project delivery and the exertion of project economic benefit, which is one of the key factors that determine the success of the project. The constraint theory and the key chain theory are described in detail. Taking A Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. as a case, the constraints that restrict the progress of the project are found out, and the key chain project management method is used to study the project of the company. Combined with the organization structure of the company, the systematic and scientific project management theory analyzes the root cause of the project extension in company A. by combining the theory with the practice, the solution to the project schedule management problem is put forward to reduce the project risk. Improve the delivery capacity of the product. Through the analysis and research of the problems encountered in the past projects, we can identify the problems in the analysis of project requirements and improve them. Reduce the risk of project extension due to change of requirements. Combine the work breakdown structure to refine the granularity of the project plan, define the task and responsibility, and allocate the personnel reasonably. The method of three-point time estimation is used as the baseline of project time estimation to improve the accuracy of project activity time estimation. The buffer management of key chain project management is used to improve the accuracy of project time estimation. Improve the control of project schedule, Finally, the above optimization measures are applied to prove the effectiveness of the research results and the feasibility of popularization in the mobile Internet instant messaging related projects.
