【摘要】：建立大型地鐵項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)模型,可以大幅度的提升我國城市地鐵項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)水平。但采用當(dāng)前的算法建立大型地鐵項(xiàng)目的改進(jìn)管理模型時,無法獲取地鐵工程項(xiàng)目管理指標(biāo)影響因素,存在建模誤差大的問題。提出采用熵法與灰色理論的大型地鐵項(xiàng)目的改進(jìn)管理建模方法。先將項(xiàng)目管理知識體系引入傳統(tǒng)的地鐵工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)中,利用熵值法構(gòu)造地鐵工程項(xiàng)目管理指標(biāo)影響因素的決策矩陣,計算地鐵工程項(xiàng)目管理指標(biāo)影響因素權(quán)重值,依據(jù)灰色理論構(gòu)建地鐵項(xiàng)目管理指標(biāo)影響因素的綜合灰色矩陣。在此基礎(chǔ)上對地鐵工程項(xiàng)目管理指標(biāo)決策數(shù)據(jù)集進(jìn)行排序,將灰色綜合聚類權(quán)向量和地鐵工程項(xiàng)目管理灰色閾值合成做單值化處理,依據(jù)處理結(jié)果建立大型地鐵項(xiàng)目的改進(jìn)管理模型。仿真結(jié)果表明,基于熵法與灰色理論的大型地鐵項(xiàng)目的改進(jìn)管理建模方法有效提高了城市大型地鐵項(xiàng)目管理質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:The establishment of a large-scale subway project management system model can greatly improve the construction level of urban subway projects in China. However, when using the current algorithm to establish the improved management model of large-scale subway projects, Unable to obtain the influencing factors of subway project management index, This paper presents an improved management modeling method for large metro projects using entropy method and grey theory. Firstly, the knowledge system of project management is introduced into the traditional subway project management system. The decision matrix of influencing factors of subway project management index is constructed by entropy method, and the weight value of influencing factor of subway project management index is calculated. Based on the grey theory, the comprehensive grey matrix of the influencing factors of the subway project management index is constructed, and the decision data set of the subway project management index is sorted on the basis of the grey theory. The grey comprehensive clustering weight vector and the grey threshold of subway project management are combined to single value processing, and the improved management model of large subway project is established based on the processing results. The simulation results show that, The improved management modeling method based on entropy method and grey theory can effectively improve the management quality of large metro projects.
