【摘要】：PPP基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理是參與方在進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理時(shí)的瓶頸問(wèn)題之一,如果不能在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素正確識(shí)別的基礎(chǔ)上評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn),則情況會(huì)變得更加復(fù)雜。鑒于此,文章在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別的基礎(chǔ)上建立了PCA-BP風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)方法,并在MATLAB 2010平臺(tái)上進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。研究表明:基于PCA-BP的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)方法優(yōu)于單一BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)方法,其為PPP項(xiàng)目參與者精確評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提供了一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:PPP infrastructure project risk management is one of the bottlenecks in participating in the project management of the project risk evaluation, if not in the correct identification of the risk factors, the situation will become more complex. In view of this, this paper establishes the PCA-BP risk assessment method on the basis of risk identification and empirical analysis in MATLAB 2010 on the platform. The study shows that the risk evaluation method of PCA-BP is better than that of the single BP neural network method based on risk assessment, to provide a certain reference value for the PPP project participants accurately evaluate project risks.
