【摘要】：目前在我國,加油站建設(shè)項目的風(fēng)險管理無論是在理論研究方面還是實際操作方面,都才剛剛起步,企業(yè)對于加油站網(wǎng)點建設(shè)項目的風(fēng)險意識不強,風(fēng)險管理制度及人員配置不到位,抵御和應(yīng)對風(fēng)險的能力欠佳,使得加油站網(wǎng)點建設(shè)風(fēng)險管理水平較低,給企業(yè)帶來了極大的經(jīng)營風(fēng)險,影響了企業(yè)長遠穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。本文選擇吉木薩爾服務(wù)區(qū)北加油站建設(shè)項目風(fēng)險管理作為研究對象,以風(fēng)險管理的相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),對新疆中油油田建設(shè)開發(fā)有限公司加油站建設(shè)項目進行了實例分析。本文首先介紹了本文的選題背景與意義,綜述了國內(nèi)外有關(guān)加油站建設(shè)項目風(fēng)險管理的研究現(xiàn)狀,其次對項目管理的相關(guān)理論進行了綜述。主要包括項目管理理論和風(fēng)險管理理論。接著對加油站建設(shè)項目風(fēng)險管理概況,主要包括公司現(xiàn)狀,公司原有加油站項目風(fēng)險管理情況,風(fēng)險管理存在的問題,以及風(fēng)險存在問題的原因分析。然后對吉木薩爾服務(wù)區(qū)北加油站建設(shè)項目風(fēng)險實證分析,通過對吉木薩爾服務(wù)區(qū)北加油站建設(shè)情況介紹,對加油站風(fēng)險識別、風(fēng)險評價、風(fēng)險應(yīng)對進行了研究,最后對加油站風(fēng)險管理的保障措施進行了詳細的研究。
[Abstract]:At present, in our country, the risk management of gas station construction project is just beginning in both theoretical research and practical operation. The enterprise is not aware of the risk of gas station network construction project. The risk management system and staffing are not in place, the ability to resist and deal with the risks is not good enough, which makes the level of risk management in the construction of gas station outlets low, and brings great business risks to the enterprises. This paper chooses the construction project risk management of North Gas Station in Jimusar Service District as the research object, based on the related theory of risk management. This paper analyzes the gas station construction project of Xinjiang PetroChina Oilfield Construction and Development Co., Ltd. Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of this paper, and summarizes the research status of the gas station construction project risk management at home and abroad. Secondly, it summarizes the related theories of project management. It mainly includes the theory of project management and the theory of risk management. The original gas station project risk management situation, risk management problems, as well as the reasons for the risk problems. Then the north gas station construction project risk empirical analysis, Through the introduction of the construction of North Gas Station in Jimusar service area, the risk identification, risk evaluation and risk response of gas station are studied. Finally, the guarantee measures of gas station risk management are studied in detail.
