大型火力發(fā)電機(jī)組設(shè)備檢修的管理方法研究

【摘要】:在大型火電發(fā)電機(jī)組設(shè)備檢修中,多項(xiàng)目并行作業(yè)已成為必然進(jìn)行的項(xiàng)目實(shí)施模式,但在工程實(shí)際中,依然存在很多的問題。如果通過科學(xué)的研究能夠提出一種對(duì)大型火力發(fā)電機(jī)組進(jìn)行設(shè)備檢修的科學(xué)管理方法,不僅可以提高設(shè)備檢修工作的效率,使項(xiàng)目參與各方得到高效的配合,確保檢修項(xiàng)目按計(jì)劃的順利完成,而且還可以使得檢修質(zhì)量更為容易得到有效的保障,使檢修所需的各種資源得到很好的使用,確保檢修設(shè)備的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。但若要實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)多項(xiàng)目并行作業(yè)的有效管理,就必須在全面了解和掌握多項(xiàng)目并行作業(yè)的內(nèi)容、特點(diǎn)及其工作流程的基礎(chǔ)上,才有可能實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)多項(xiàng)目并行作業(yè)的有效管理。為此,本論文以大型火電發(fā)電機(jī)組設(shè)備檢修多項(xiàng)目并行作業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,采用理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合的方法,通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的分析與整理,在了解和掌握國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究現(xiàn)狀以及存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上,首先重點(diǎn)對(duì)大型火力發(fā)電機(jī)組設(shè)備檢修的特點(diǎn)及其管理中存在的問題進(jìn)行了研究,并將影響大型火電發(fā)電機(jī)組設(shè)備檢修多項(xiàng)目并行作業(yè)效果的問題歸集到組織管理不順暢、檢修計(jì)劃管理不到位、檢修器具準(zhǔn)備不充分、質(zhì)量管理不嚴(yán)格、進(jìn)度管理不合理、進(jìn)度與質(zhì)量安全等方面控制不均衡、準(zhǔn)備工作不充分、檢修管理認(rèn)識(shí)不深刻這幾個(gè)方面。然后以現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理理論為指導(dǎo),以多項(xiàng)目多目標(biāo)管理為理論基礎(chǔ),將該理論與工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理思想相結(jié)合,提出了適合于大型火力發(fā)電機(jī)組設(shè)備檢修的多項(xiàng)目并行管理工作流程和多項(xiàng)目并行管理的模式,并以神華國華電力有限責(zé)任公司準(zhǔn)格爾發(fā)電公司的燃煤亞臨界發(fā)電機(jī)組檢修為例,結(jié)合理論研究所提出的大型火力發(fā)電機(jī)組設(shè)備檢修模式為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行實(shí)用性分析。
[Abstract]:In the equipment maintenance of large thermal power generating set, multi-project parallel operation has become the inevitable project implementation mode, but in the engineering practice, There are still many problems. If we can put forward a scientific management method of equipment maintenance for large thermal power generating units through scientific research, it can not only improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance work, To ensure the smooth completion of the maintenance project according to the plan, and to ensure that the quality of the maintenance can be more easily and effectively guaranteed, so that all kinds of resources needed for the maintenance can be used very well, so that the parties involved in the project can get efficient cooperation, and ensure the smooth completion of the maintenance project according to the plan. To ensure the stable operation of maintenance equipment, however, if we want to realize the effective management of multi-project parallel jobs, we must have a comprehensive understanding and mastery of the contents, characteristics and workflow of multi-project parallel operations. In order to realize the effective management of multi-project parallel operation, this paper takes the multi-project parallel operation of equipment maintenance of large thermal power generating set as the research object, and adopts the method of combining theory with practice. Based on the analysis and arrangement of the current research situation at home and abroad, and on the basis of understanding and mastering the domestic and foreign literature research status and existing problems, Firstly, the characteristics of equipment maintenance of large thermal power generating set and the problems existing in its management are studied, and the problems affecting the parallel operation effect of maintenance and repair of large thermal power generating sets are brought together to the problem that the organization and management are not smooth. The maintenance plan management is not in place, the equipment preparation is not enough, the quality management is not strict, the schedule management is not reasonable, the progress and the quality safety control is not balanced, the preparation work is not sufficient, Based on the theory of modern project management and the theory of multi-project and multi-objective management, this paper combines the theory with the thought of project quality management. The multi-project parallel management workflow and the mode of multi-project parallel management are proposed, which are suitable for the maintenance of large thermal power generating set equipment. Taking the examination and repair of coal-fired subcritical generator set of Zhungeer Generation Company of Shenhua Guohua Electric Power Co., Ltd., as an example, combined with the maintenance mode of large thermal power generating set put forward by theoretical research, the practicability analysis is carried out.
