【摘要】：創(chuàng)建高品質(zhì)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的景觀項目,是旅游景點的重點工作。羊山景區(qū)36計主題公園項目是以我國古代兵家計謀的總結(jié)和軍事謀略學的寶貴遺產(chǎn)《三十六計》為文化底蘊而建,軍事題材立意新穎、寓意深遠,滿足大眾體驗觀光和中高端群體休閑需求的軍事旅游項目。主題公園根據(jù)《三十六計》中所分六套計謀設(shè)計,打造了羊山景區(qū)的特色旅游品牌,適應(yīng)了旅游者需求日趨個性化和差異化的發(fā)展趨勢。本論文對三十六計主題公園項目建設(shè)進行風險管理研究,運用一系列研究方法,對三十六計主題公園項目的風險識別、風險評估、風險監(jiān)控和風險應(yīng)對各環(huán)節(jié)做了詳細論證。其中風險評估是風險管理最為核心的環(huán)節(jié),本研究進行了定性定量綜合分析,為項目提供一個量化的科學的分析結(jié)果。根據(jù)識別出的風險進行風險評價,制定出切實可行的應(yīng)對策略,針對不同的風險的性質(zhì)、風險發(fā)生概率、風險后果大小,采用了強化項目管理辦法、加強項目風險監(jiān)測工作、完善項目風險應(yīng)對措施、構(gòu)建相應(yīng)風險管理體系等方式進行風險管理。論文共分為七章。第一章為緒論,闡述本文的研究背景和意義,國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,以及本文的研究方法和內(nèi)容。第二章介紹了項目風險管理的基本理論,包括風險管理理論概述以及風險管理的三個主要過程,即風險識別、風險評估、風險控制。第三章介紹了羊山景區(qū)36計主題公園項目的具體情況,并對項目特點及所面臨的問題進行了闡述。第四章是風險識別,詳細介紹了羊山景區(qū)36計主題公園項目風險識別的方法和步驟,并總結(jié)識別出的風險及風險因素。第五章是論文的主體部分,主要運用了層次分析法對第四章識別出的風險進行評價,建立了風險評價指標體系,對四個方面的風險進行了風險權(quán)重排序,為第六章風險控制管理打下基礎(chǔ)。第六章為風險控制部分,從強化項目管理方法、加強項目風險監(jiān)控、完善項目風險應(yīng)對措施、構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的風險管理體系四大方面進行羊山景區(qū)36計主題公園項目的風險管理控制。第七章為結(jié)論和展望。羊山景區(qū)36計主題公園項目風險管理體系的建立,有利于提高我國景區(qū)建設(shè)項目的風險管理水平,促進景區(qū)在建設(shè)過程中不斷完善風險管理體系。通過研究本項目的風險管理,為其他景區(qū)開展建設(shè)項目風險管理研究提供參考,具有一定的實踐意義。同時,在理論研究方面,由于國內(nèi)專門針對單一景區(qū)建設(shè)項目風險管理模式的文獻并不太多,羊山景區(qū)36計主題公園項目以主題公園的風險管理為主線,深入分析項目風險管理的方法,為今后的研究提供了借鑒。
[Abstract]:Create high-quality, sustainable development of the landscape project is the focus of tourist attractions. The sixth chapter is risk control part, from strengthening the project management method, strengthen project risk monitoring.
