AP1000核電站棒控棒位系統(tǒng)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃與控制管理研究

【摘要】:核電站儀控設(shè)備研發(fā)涉及多個(gè)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域,項(xiàng)目周期長、復(fù)雜程度高,對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理有很高的要求,特別是自主創(chuàng)新的研發(fā)項(xiàng)目。計(jì)劃與控制管理作為項(xiàng)目管理的重要部分,其有效程度將是項(xiàng)目實(shí)施結(jié)果的決定性因素之一。 本文應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃與控制理論,結(jié)合核電儀控設(shè)備研發(fā)項(xiàng)目的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn),對(duì)親歷的國內(nèi)某核電站棒控棒位系統(tǒng)設(shè)備研發(fā)項(xiàng)目第一階段項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃與管理的現(xiàn)狀和效果作了描述,分析了進(jìn)度計(jì)劃、資源計(jì)劃、質(zhì)量計(jì)劃和變更控制方面存在的問題,并確定了原因。 應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃和項(xiàng)目控制方法,給出了項(xiàng)目第二階段計(jì)劃與控制的改進(jìn)措施。首先提出了改進(jìn)的前提和思路,在此基礎(chǔ)上確定了改進(jìn)策略,提出了進(jìn)度計(jì)劃、資源計(jì)劃、質(zhì)量計(jì)劃和變更控制的改進(jìn)方案。通過對(duì)項(xiàng)目改進(jìn)前后計(jì)劃與控制的情況的比較,說明改進(jìn)達(dá)到了該項(xiàng)目管理的預(yù)期效果,提高了研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理水平。
[Abstract]:The R & D of instrument and control equipment of nuclear power station involves many professional fields, the project cycle is long, the complexity is high, the project management has very high request, especially the independent innovation research and development project. The plan and control management is an important part of the project management. The degree of effectiveness will be one of the decisive factors in the implementation of the project. This paper applies the theory of project planning and control, and combines the present situation and characteristics of the R & D project of nuclear power instrument and control equipment. This paper describes the present situation and effect of the first stage of the Rod Control and Rod position system equipment R & D Project in a domestic nuclear power station, and analyzes the problems existing in the progress plan, resource plan, quality plan and change control. The reasons are determined. The improvement measures of the second stage plan and control of the project are given by using the project plan and project control method. Firstly, the premise and thought of the improvement are put forward, and then the improvement strategy is determined, the progress plan and the resource plan are put forward. Through the comparison between the plan and control before and after the improvement, it is shown that the improvement has achieved the expected effect of the project management and improved the level of R & D project management.
