【摘要】：論文主要介紹了東莞市城建局工程項(xiàng)目變更管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景、研究的內(nèi)容和主要工作。使用面向?qū)ο蠓ㄅcUML建模語言進(jìn)行軟件需求分析研究,為軟件開發(fā)做好前期工作。 論文第一部分,介紹了東莞市城建局作為代建單位的基本情況,重點(diǎn)針對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理上的變更工程進(jìn)行分析,闡述了變更工程在現(xiàn)今管理方法上的諸多困境,凸顯工程變更管理系統(tǒng)的重要性并提出變更管理系統(tǒng)的基本研究方向。 第二部分采用組織結(jié)構(gòu)圖介紹本單位使用本系統(tǒng)的部門。使用業(yè)務(wù)流程圖對(duì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,并使用業(yè)務(wù)優(yōu)化流程圖對(duì)原來的業(yè)務(wù)流程做徹底地重新設(shè)計(jì)。使用用例圖描述軟件中對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理、變更受理、變更審核、變更施工、變更驗(yàn)收的系統(tǒng)功能要求。然后使用系統(tǒng)功能包圖表示系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的功能架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。最后針對(duì)每一項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)給出概念類圖為后續(xù)數(shù)據(jù)分析提供依據(jù)并通過數(shù)據(jù)分析給出變更管理系統(tǒng)中所需要的數(shù)據(jù)。根據(jù)實(shí)體類,給出本系統(tǒng)主要庫表的設(shè)計(jì)。 論文最后總結(jié)了為變更管理系統(tǒng)所做的研究和分析,并為進(jìn)一步的工作提出了自身想法。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly introduces the research background, contents and main work of the change management system of engineering project in Dongguan City Construction Bureau. It uses object-oriented method and UML modeling language to carry on software requirement analysis research, and does the preliminary work for the software development. In the first part of the paper, the author introduces the basic situation of Dongguan City Construction Bureau as a construction agent, analyzes the change engineering in the project management, and expounds the difficulties of the change engineering in the present management method. Highlight the importance of engineering change management system and propose the basic research direction of change management system. In the second part, the organization chart is used to introduce the departments that use the system, and the business flow chart is used to analyze the present situation. Using the business optimization flow chart to completely redesign the original business process. Use case diagram to describe the software for project management, change acceptance, change audit, change construction, Change the system functional requirements for acceptance. Then use the system function package diagram to represent the functional architecture of the system design. Finally, for each business, the concept class diagram is given to provide the basis for the subsequent data analysis and through the data analysis to. Data required in the change management system. According to the entity class, The design of the main database table of the system is given. Finally, the paper summarizes the research and analysis of change management system, and puts forward its own ideas for further work.
