【摘要】：目前蘇里格氣田正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)高效開發(fā)階段,諸多產(chǎn)能建設(shè)工程均在如火如荼展開,項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程存在的質(zhì)量控制、進(jìn)度控制、成本控制、安全環(huán)保等問題是工程施工中需要嚴(yán)格把握的內(nèi)容。本文首先介紹了進(jìn)度控制原理,方法及進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制與實(shí)施等相關(guān)理論。接著闡述了“長慶油田蘇里格第六天然氣處理廠”工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制準(zhǔn)備,主要分析了項(xiàng)目概況,工作結(jié)構(gòu)分解,項(xiàng)目組織機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置與職能安排,以及進(jìn)度控制制度設(shè)置。然后闡述了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度安排和進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的具體編制,同時(shí)詳細(xì)描述了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的動態(tài)監(jiān)控,包括進(jìn)度報(bào)告、偏差分析與糾偏措施。最后對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的實(shí)施結(jié)果作了評價(jià),總結(jié)了成功因素,也提出了建議和留待進(jìn)一步解決的問題,以便更好地指導(dǎo)工程進(jìn)度的實(shí)施,使其順利達(dá)到預(yù)定目標(biāo),保證工期的按時(shí)完成。
[Abstract]:At present, Sulige gas field is in the stage of economic and efficient development, and many production capacity construction projects are in full swing. The quality control, progress control, cost control in the construction process of the project, Safety and environmental protection are the contents that need to be strictly grasped in engineering construction. This paper first introduces the principle of schedule control. Methods and related theories such as the compilation and implementation of schedule plan, etc. Then, the project schedule control preparation of "Sulige 6th Natural Gas treatment Plant in Changqing Oilfield" is expounded, and the general situation of the project is analyzed, and the work structure is decomposed. The setting of project organization and function, as well as the setting of schedule control system. Then, the detailed preparation of project schedule and schedule plan is expounded, and the dynamic monitoring of project progress control, including progress report, is described in detail. Finally, the results of project schedule control are evaluated, and the successful factors are summarized. Suggestions and problems to be solved are put forward in order to better guide the implementation of the project schedule. Make it to achieve the scheduled target smoothly, ensure the completion of the project on time.
