高校學(xué)生助學(xué)金管理系統(tǒng)的分析與研究

【摘要】:隨著全國(guó)高校招生規(guī)模的進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大,學(xué)校在校生人數(shù)激增,因此學(xué)生管理信息系統(tǒng)成為了學(xué)校穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容。學(xué)生助學(xué)金管理系統(tǒng)作為學(xué)生管理的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容,涉及學(xué)生面廣,項(xiàng)目管理周期較長(zhǎng),管理環(huán)節(jié)復(fù)雜,傳統(tǒng)工作模式已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)需求,實(shí)現(xiàn)助學(xué)金管理的信息化顯得尤為重要。 本文采用面向?qū)ο蠓椒?通過對(duì)大學(xué)生助學(xué)金管理系統(tǒng)的原業(yè)務(wù)流程分析,完成了業(yè)務(wù)流程的再造分析,論述了大學(xué)生助學(xué)金管理系統(tǒng)的必要性和研究意義。然后對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了必要的需求分析,包括角色分析、系統(tǒng)用例分析、系統(tǒng)功能分析、功能數(shù)據(jù)分析和實(shí)體類分析。對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析之后,進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì)和模塊設(shè)計(jì),其中包括了學(xué)生信息管理、貧困生申請(qǐng)表管理、助學(xué)金管理以及系統(tǒng)維護(hù)管理等功能性模塊。 采用UML建模的方式給出了模塊設(shè)計(jì)的處理流程圖,對(duì)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的說明,并且概念性的對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),然后畫出了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)的E-R圖和數(shù)據(jù)表結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:With the further expansion of the enrollment of colleges and universities in China, the number of students in the school has increased dramatically, so the student management information system has become an important content of the steady development of the school. The student grant management system is an important part of the student management. Involving a wide range of students, the project management cycle is longer, the management links are complex, the traditional work model can no longer meet the needs, the realization of financial aid management information is particularly important. In this paper, the object oriented method is used to analyze the original business process of the university student grant management system, and the reengineering analysis of the business process is completed. This paper discusses the necessity and significance of the university student grant management system, and then analyzes the necessary requirements of the system, including role analysis, system use case analysis, system function analysis. Function data analysis and entity class analysis. After detailed analysis of the system, the overall design and module design are carried out, including student information management, application management for poor students, Financial aid management and system maintenance management and other functional modules. UML modeling method is used to give the processing flow chart of the module design, the content of the system design is described in detail, and the database is designed conceptually. Then, the E-R diagram and data table structure related to database design are drawn.
