【摘要】:隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化以及我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,企業(yè)的經(jīng)營場所不再像以往那樣一成不變,企業(yè)如同人才一樣展現(xiàn)出前所未有的流動性,越來越多的企業(yè)熱衷于在異地設(shè)立分子公司,借以擴(kuò)大經(jīng)營規(guī)模,擴(kuò)張業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域,甚至有的企業(yè)選擇新的城市徹底變更總部所在地,謀求更加優(yōu)惠的政策以及各類優(yōu)質(zhì)資源,推動企業(yè)更加持續(xù)和長遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展。可以說,企業(yè)總部異地搬遷,已成為當(dāng)今社會中一種值得重視的新現(xiàn)象。位于山東省淄博市的TC公司,為借助區(qū)位優(yōu)勢提升生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營能力與核心競爭力,計(jì)劃將總部遷址青島,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)兩地辦公平穩(wěn)過渡。但在實(shí)際執(zhí)行過程中,出現(xiàn)偏差是不可避免的。為此,需要在前期制定搬遷進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的基礎(chǔ)上,在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中不斷進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制,在發(fā)現(xiàn)問題時(shí)提出有效措施加以糾偏,防止項(xiàng)目拖延,確保項(xiàng)目按照預(yù)期目標(biāo)和正常軌道順利運(yùn)行。文章將TC公司總部異地搬遷作為一個(gè)完整的項(xiàng)目,主要研究項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制理論和方法在該項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用。首先,針對本項(xiàng)目制定切實(shí)可行的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃;其次,提出本項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制計(jì)劃與組織;最后,論述項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的具體方法和措施,并與同類項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制情況予以對比。由此,研究論證針對總部搬遷此類涉及多個(gè)子項(xiàng)目與多項(xiàng)不同專業(yè)活動的復(fù)雜工作任務(wù),實(shí)施項(xiàng)目化管理、系統(tǒng)化管理的有效性,以及所采取的“健全項(xiàng)目管理組織機(jī)構(gòu)、明確責(zé)任分工、完善檢查評審、分解進(jìn)度控制目標(biāo)、調(diào)整更新進(jìn)度計(jì)劃、落實(shí)各項(xiàng)保障措施、暢通溝通反饋機(jī)制”等的必要性,對于縮短企業(yè)搬遷工作周期,順利實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目目標(biāo),具有實(shí)際的研究意義。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of the world economy and the continuous development of China's social economy, the business premises of enterprises are no longer the same as in the past. More and more enterprises are keen to set up sub-subsidiaries in other places in order to expand the scale of business and expand their business fields. Some enterprises even choose new cities to completely change the headquarters location, and seek more preferential policies and all kinds of high-quality resources. To promote more sustainable and long-term development of enterprises. It can be said that the relocation of the headquarters of enterprises has become a new phenomenon worthy of attention in today's society. TC Company, located in Zibo City, Shandong Province, In order to improve production and management ability and core competitiveness by virtue of location advantage, it is planned to relocate the headquarters in Qingdao, and finally realize the smooth transition of office between the two places. However, in the process of actual implementation, deviation is inevitable. On the basis of drawing up the relocation progress plan in the early stage, the project progress control should be carried out continuously in the process of project implementation, and effective measures should be put forward when problems are found to prevent the project from being delayed. To ensure the smooth operation of the project according to the expected goal and normal track. This paper regards the relocation of the headquarters of TC Company as a complete project, mainly studies the application of the theory and method of project schedule control in the project. Make feasible progress plan for the project; secondly, put forward the progress control plan and organization of the project; finally, discuss the specific methods and measures of the project progress control, and compare with the similar project progress control situation. The study demonstrates the effectiveness of project management, systematic management and the adoption of a "sound project management organization" for complex tasks involving multiple subprojects and many different professional activities such as headquarters relocation, The necessity of clarifying the division of responsibilities, perfecting the inspection and evaluation, breaking down the goals of progress control, adjusting and updating the progress plan, implementing various safeguard measures, and unblocking the communication and feedback mechanism "are necessary to shorten the work cycle of the relocation of the enterprise," It is of practical significance to realize the goal of the project successfully.
