G公司國際工程項目管理人員的國際化培訓(xùn)研究

【摘要】:隨著習(xí)總書記的“人類命運(yùn)共同體”理念以及國家“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的提出,從政策的層面明確了我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新動向,倡導(dǎo)國內(nèi)企業(yè)加快轉(zhuǎn)型升級,更多的參與到國際市場的競爭當(dāng)中。在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)總體增長趨勢放緩,進(jìn)入發(fā)展的“新常態(tài)”,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)面臨不斷升級調(diào)整。在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的“新常態(tài)”下,國內(nèi)的市場已經(jīng)不能滿足企業(yè)的發(fā)展需求,越來越多的企業(yè)走出國門,參與國際市場的競爭。建筑企業(yè)作為走出國門的一支重要力量,所創(chuàng)造的營業(yè)額在參與國際市場競爭的國內(nèi)企業(yè)中占據(jù)了較大的份額。而國內(nèi)建筑施工企業(yè)在加大走出去的過程當(dāng)中,具備綜合素質(zhì)的國際型施工管理人才的短缺是其面臨的最大的阻礙。因此,在不斷開拓海外市場的G公司,如何培養(yǎng)符合其自身發(fā)展,滿足其走出去發(fā)展需要的人才隊伍是擺在G公司當(dāng)前的棘手問題。本文首先通過企業(yè)培訓(xùn)理論的研究和學(xué)習(xí),建立企業(yè)培訓(xùn)管理的理論體系,在此理論的支持下歸納分析G公司當(dāng)前對于國際工程項目管理人員的培訓(xùn)管理情況;其次,通過理論資料的研究、G公司內(nèi)部資料的分析,借鑒G公司所構(gòu)建的國際工程項目管理人員的勝任力模型進(jìn)行對比研究;再次,以勝任力模型為基礎(chǔ),從培訓(xùn)需求分析、培訓(xùn)計劃制定、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容的選擇、培訓(xùn)實施方式等各方面對G公司國際工程項目管理人員培訓(xùn)體系提出改進(jìn)意見;最后,通過培訓(xùn)效果評估對改進(jìn)后的培訓(xùn)效果進(jìn)行評估反饋,并根據(jù)評估反饋的內(nèi)容對改進(jìn)方案進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的調(diào)整,并為培訓(xùn)體系的改進(jìn)提出一系列的保障措施。借此希望為G公司在對國際工程項目管理人員的國際化培訓(xùn)體系構(gòu)建和完善方面提供思路和參考,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前培訓(xùn)體系中所存在的問題并加以解決,最終為G公司的國際項目的順利實施解決人員短缺的實質(zhì)問題。
[Abstract]:As General Secretary Xi "the fate of the human community" and the concept of "national Belt and Road Initiative" strategy from the policy level the new trend of China's economic development, promote domestic enterprises to accelerate the transformation and upgrading, more involved in the international competition. In China's overall economic growth slowed down, into the development the "new normal", facing the industrial structure constantly adjusting and upgrading. In the economic development of the "new normal", the domestic market has been unable to meet the needs of the development of enterprises, more and more enterprises to go abroad, to participate in international market competition. The construction enterprise as an important force to go abroad, the turnover accounted for a larger share in the international market competition of domestic enterprises. While the domestic construction enterprises in the process of going out of the increase, the international qualities of construction management The shortage of talent is the biggest obstacle facing. Therefore, constantly open up overseas markets G company, how to develop in line with its own development, to meet the development needs of the personnel going out is placed in the G company's current problem. Firstly, through the research and study of enterprise training theory, establish the theoretical system of enterprise training this management, supported by the theories of inductive analysis for G company's current international project management personnel training management; secondly, through the research on the theory of data analysis, G company's internal data, using competency model G to build the company's management of international engineering project were studied; thirdly, the competency model as the foundation, from the training demand analysis, training plan, training content selection of international project management personnel training system of G company provided the training implementation way Improvement suggestion; finally, through the evaluation of training effect evaluation feedback for improving the training effect, and according to the evaluation feedback content to the improvement program for further adjustment, and put forward a series of measures to improve the training system. Hoping for G company in the international project management personnel training system of internationalization and provide ideas and reference, find problems in training system and solve the problem, and ultimately for the smooth implementation of international project in G company to solve the substantive issues personnel shortage.
