多項(xiàng)目管理在企業(yè)產(chǎn)品升級(jí)開發(fā)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)在經(jīng)過長時(shí)間的發(fā)展,進(jìn)入穩(wěn)定時(shí)期后,需要進(jìn)宏觀的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃與升級(jí),這一時(shí)期的企業(yè)往往同時(shí)運(yùn)行了多個(gè)項(xiàng)目,不同項(xiàng)目間存在資源分配的沖突,協(xié)調(diào)難度也隨著企業(yè)規(guī)模的增大,組織構(gòu)架的復(fù)雜,參與人員的增多逐漸增加,因此在企業(yè)進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略升級(jí)時(shí)多項(xiàng)目管理的應(yīng)用是一項(xiàng)非常必要的事情。 本文在對(duì)多項(xiàng)目管理理論進(jìn)展、應(yīng)用實(shí)例進(jìn)行理論回顧和文獻(xiàn)綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,展開了對(duì)多項(xiàng)目管理在L企業(yè)X膠囊產(chǎn)品升級(jí)開發(fā)中的實(shí)例研究。首先,通過決策樹法和問卷法對(duì)整體戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)進(jìn)行分解,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目實(shí)施前已有項(xiàng)目資源,篩選出具有可行性的子項(xiàng)目,并界定了各個(gè)子項(xiàng)目的研究方法、可交付成果以及資源耗用量。然后,通過關(guān)鍵路徑法使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖和甘特圖確定子項(xiàng)目間的內(nèi)在邏輯關(guān)系和時(shí)間優(yōu)化,實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品升級(jí)多項(xiàng)目中子項(xiàng)目的網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)。最后,通過德爾菲法和平行對(duì)照法,分別針對(duì)子項(xiàng)目成果以及子項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行時(shí)間的進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)子項(xiàng)目網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)施的調(diào)控。 本研究的成果為L企業(yè)X膠囊產(chǎn)品升級(jí)開發(fā)的多項(xiàng)目管理提供了實(shí)施路徑,豐富了多項(xiàng)目管理在具體環(huán)節(jié)實(shí)施的案例研究。同時(shí)在實(shí)踐中,該產(chǎn)品升級(jí)項(xiàng)目前期進(jìn)展良好,但后續(xù)研究仍應(yīng)該進(jìn)一步深入,以期最終產(chǎn)品升級(jí)后,投入資源的效益最大化。
[Abstract]:After a long period of development , the enterprise needs to go into the macro strategic planning and upgrade after entering the stable period . The enterprise often runs multiple projects at the same time . The difficulty of coordination also increases with the size of the enterprise , the complexity of the organizational structure and the increase of the participating personnel . Therefore , the application of multi - project management in the strategic upgrading of the enterprise is a very necessary thing . Based on the theory review and literature review of multi - project management theory , the paper develops an example study of multi - project management in the development of L - enterprise X - capsule product upgrade . Firstly , through the decision tree method and questionnaire method , the whole strategic objective is decomposed , and the research methods , deliverables and resource consumption of each sub - project are defined . Finally , through Delphi method and parallel control method , the dynamic management of sub - project results and sub - project operation time are carried out respectively , and the control of the implementation of the sub - project network is realized . The results of this study provide an implementation path for multi - project management of product upgrade and development of L enterprise X capsule product , enrich the case study of multi - project management in the concrete link . At the same time , the progress of the product upgrading project is good at the same time , but the follow - up study should be further deepened , so as to maximize the benefit of resources after final product upgrade .
