【摘要】：建筑信息模型(building information modeling,簡稱BIM)是在傳統(tǒng)CAD技術的基礎上拓展的多維信息模型。利用仿真技術對建筑物全部構件的數(shù)字信息進行模擬,使項目各參與方在從項目概念階段到完全拆除的全生命周期內(nèi)都在模型內(nèi)進行相關信息處理工作,實現(xiàn)了在建設項目全生命周期內(nèi)的信息化共享和協(xié)同。眾所周知,建筑業(yè)的勞動成本急劇增加,而勞動生產(chǎn)率并未提高。根據(jù)美國建筑業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗,施工和運維階段BIM技術的價值是最大的,尤其在施工階段。怎樣把BIM技術更好的應用在項目管理和工程實踐,怎樣運用BIM技術提高項目管理水平和勞動者生產(chǎn)率,是目前國內(nèi)建筑業(yè)需要、并加以研究的內(nèi)容和關鍵技術。本文在總結已有的BIM技術在施工階段應用的基礎上,首先闡述了在施工過程中,在質(zhì)量、成本和進度三大管理方面?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)管理方法存在的問題及產(chǎn)生原因,然后從上述三個方面介紹了BIM在施工階段的應用及應用BIM技術的優(yōu)勢,并針對傳統(tǒng)施工項目管理方法與引入BIM技術后的施工項目管理方法進行對比分析。最后結合國內(nèi)外具有代表性的應用案例,闡述BIM技術在施工階段實踐中的具體應用,總結了BIM技術在施工階段推廣應用中遇到的障礙,并提出其推廣發(fā)展建議。本文的研究成果將有助于減少和避免在傳統(tǒng)施工項目管理方法中存在的諸如質(zhì)量不高、工期拖延、預算超支等問題,提高施工技術和管理水平。
[Abstract]:Building information modeling. Bimm is a multidimensional information model based on the traditional CAD technology. The simulation technology is used to simulate the digital information of all the components of a building. The project participants are involved in the process of information processing in the model during the whole life cycle from the concept phase of the project to the complete dismantling. It has realized the information sharing and cooperation in the whole life cycle of the construction project. As we all know, the labor cost of the construction industry has increased sharply, but the labor productivity has not increased. According to the experience of the development of the American construction industry. The value of BIM technology in construction and operation and maintenance stage is the greatest, especially in construction stage. How to better apply BIM technology in project management and engineering practice. How to use BIM technology to improve the level of project management and labor productivity is the current needs of the domestic construction industry. On the basis of summarizing the application of the existing BIM technology in the construction stage, this paper first expounds the quality in the construction process. The problems and causes of traditional management methods in cost and schedule management are discussed. Then the application of BIM in construction stage and the advantages of applying BIM technology are introduced from the above three aspects. And the traditional construction project management method and the introduction of BIM technology construction project management methods are compared and analyzed. Finally, combined with domestic and foreign representative application cases. This paper expounds the concrete application of BIM technology in construction practice, and summarizes the obstacles encountered in the popularization and application of BIM technology in construction stage. The research results of this paper will help to reduce and avoid the problems such as low quality, time delay, budget overrun and so on in the traditional construction project management methods. Improve construction technology and management level.
