【摘要】：保利公司工程項(xiàng)目費(fèi)用管理系統(tǒng)著眼于實(shí)施新的管理模式和業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)需要。在業(yè)務(wù)功能上,以目前公司的項(xiàng)目管理模式為依據(jù),結(jié)合通過(guò)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整所建立的新管理流程構(gòu)建明確的業(yè)務(wù)需求。在業(yè)務(wù)范圍上,圍繞項(xiàng)目費(fèi)用管理的完整內(nèi)容納入統(tǒng)一的功能框架,以實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)流程與數(shù)據(jù)一體化的集成業(yè)務(wù)管理模式。該軟件具體的業(yè)務(wù)功能涵蓋該公司對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目的日常費(fèi)用事務(wù)處理、總賬建賬處理、資金流信息管理、對(duì)賬信息及報(bào)表管理、往來(lái)核銷管理和費(fèi)用憑證信息管理功能。在技術(shù)層次上,基于目前主流的分布式應(yīng)用軟件開(kāi)發(fā)方法和工具,構(gòu)建具有組件重用能力的軟件系統(tǒng)。在開(kāi)發(fā)中以業(yè)務(wù)需求為依據(jù),合理均衡技術(shù)的先進(jìn)性和功能的實(shí)用性,以形成穩(wěn)定實(shí)用的軟件平臺(tái)�；谏鲜鲋笇�(dǎo)思想,本文系統(tǒng)地討論了該軟件的設(shè)計(jì)方案和程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)的主要方面。該系統(tǒng)在軟件架構(gòu)上采用以Web為核心的分布式架構(gòu),前端支持通用瀏覽器環(huán)境,后臺(tái)以數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)為平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)針對(duì)項(xiàng)目費(fèi)用的事務(wù)處理和數(shù)據(jù)管理機(jī)制。該軟件基于Windows/.NET運(yùn)行環(huán)境,采用C#和SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)編程開(kāi)發(fā)。目前該軟件已在通過(guò)軟件測(cè)試后經(jīng)進(jìn)入試運(yùn)行階段,用戶對(duì)該軟件的評(píng)價(jià)良好,較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了開(kāi)發(fā)目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The project cost management system of Poly Company focuses on the implementation of the new management model and the long-term needs of business development. In terms of business functions, it is based on the current project management model of the company. Combined with the new management process established through the strategic adjustment of the enterprise to build clear business requirements. In the business scope, the complete content of project cost management is integrated into the unified functional framework. In order to achieve the integration of business process and data integrated business management model. The specific business functions of the software covers the company's daily cost processing of the project, general ledger accounting processing, capital flow information management. Reconciliation information and report management, transaction verification management and expense voucher information management functions. At the technical level, based on the current mainstream distributed application software development methods and tools. In order to form a stable and practical software platform, a software system with the ability of component reuse is constructed, which is based on the business requirements, and reasonably balances the advanced nature of the technology and the practicality of the function in order to form a stable and practical software platform based on the above guiding ideology. This paper systematically discusses the design scheme of the software and the main aspects of the program implementation. The system adopts the distributed architecture with Web as the core and the front end supports the general browser environment in the software architecture. In the background, the database is used as the platform to realize the transaction processing and data management mechanism for project cost. The software is based on Windows/.NET running environment. The software is developed with C # and SQL Server database. At present, the software has passed the software test and has entered the stage of trial operation. The user has evaluated the software well and achieved the development goal well.
