【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和技術(shù)的發(fā)展,工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的管理模式日趨多元化、多樣化。EPC總承包模式已成為大型石油工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的選擇。S試采工程EPC項(xiàng)目地理位置特殊,QHSE作為工程建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)關(guān)注內(nèi)容,對于工程建設(shè)的順利完工有著十分重要的作用。而現(xiàn)階段,項(xiàng)目組內(nèi)缺少Q(mào)HSE相關(guān)管理流程作為輔助,因此,本論文進(jìn)行S試采工程EPC項(xiàng)目管理流程分析與設(shè)計(jì)為其完善QHSE管理。 本論文通過幾個(gè)月的實(shí)地調(diào)研,深入項(xiàng)目內(nèi)部,利用現(xiàn)場訪談等途徑,廣泛收集資料詳細(xì)了解S試采工程EPC項(xiàng)目QHSE管理相關(guān)內(nèi)容,總結(jié)歸納出其QHSE管理模式中存在的問題。從項(xiàng)層流程管理界面出發(fā),進(jìn)而結(jié)合項(xiàng)目管理和管理流程設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)理論知識,針對問題并使用流程繪圖工具對項(xiàng)目QHSE管理進(jìn)行管理界面和管理流程改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)。QHSE管理界面和管理流程的改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)與說明將為S試采工程EPC項(xiàng)目清晰其QHSE管理主體及主體職責(zé),明確工作步驟,提高項(xiàng)目組QHSE管理效率,完善管理內(nèi)容。論文研究成果將直接用于Y公司EPC項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐,可以有效增強(qiáng)Y公司油田工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目EPC模式建設(shè)實(shí)施的管理和控制,更好地解決項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)、采購、施工等環(huán)節(jié)中存在的矛盾,使得Y公司以更好的質(zhì)量,更快的速度完成油田工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and technology, the management mode of engineering construction project is becoming more and more diversified. Diversification. EPC-general contracting mode has become the choice of large-scale petroleum engineering construction projects. The special geographical location of EPC projects in the .S test production project has become the focus of attention in engineering construction. For the successful completion of the project has a very important role. But at this stage, the project team lack of QHSE related management process as a support, so. This paper analyzes and designs the EPC project management flow of S test mining project for perfecting QHSE management. This paper through a few months of field research, in-depth project inside, using on-site interviews and other channels, widely collect information and detailed understanding of S test mining project EPC project QHSE management related content. Summarize the existing problems in its QHSE management model. From the item layer process management interface, and then combine the project management and management process design related theoretical knowledge. Aiming at the problem and using the process drawing tool to manage the project QHSE management interface and management process improvement design. QHSE management interface and the improved design and description of the management process will be the EPC item of S test production project. Clear its QHSE management subject and main responsibilities. Clear work steps, improve the efficiency of QHSE management, improve the management content. The research results will be directly used in Y company EPC project practice. It can effectively enhance the management and control of the implementation of EPC mode construction in the oilfield construction project of Y Company, solve the contradictions in project design, procurement, construction and so on, and make Y Company better quality. Faster completion of oil field construction projects.
