【摘要】：本文主要研究了作為全球主要的飲料塑料包裝設(shè)備的供應(yīng)商,S公司現(xiàn)行的項(xiàng)目管理體系,項(xiàng)目管理特別是項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方面目前的狀態(tài),然后根據(jù)實(shí)際情況在項(xiàng)目管理和時(shí)間控制理論的基礎(chǔ)上,具體分析項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過程中對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度造成影響的各個(gè)方面,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的可以改進(jìn)優(yōu)化的問題。 根據(jù)對S公司的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的現(xiàn)狀及提出的問題,利用項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的基本知識和實(shí)際情況結(jié)合,提出針對性的詳細(xì)的改進(jìn)策略。諸如,完善歷史安裝數(shù)據(jù)、優(yōu)化績效管理、改進(jìn)溝通路徑等。然后利用TW項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際案例,具體的將提出的策略用于實(shí)際操作,在項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際操作中驗(yàn)證策略的可行性,驗(yàn)證實(shí)踐的效果。 希望通過項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行中驗(yàn)證,對公司的發(fā)展有所幫助,同時(shí),可以拋磚引玉,希望引出更多關(guān)于行業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理討論,促進(jìn)行業(yè)項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行的進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the current project management system, project management, especially the status of project schedule management, which is the main supplier of beverage plastic packaging equipment in the world. Then according to the actual situation on the basis of project management and time control theory, this paper analyzes each aspect of the impact on the project schedule in the process of project implementation, and finds out that there are problems that can be improved and optimized. According to the current situation of S Company's project schedule management and the problems raised, using the basic knowledge and actual situation of project schedule management, this paper puts forward specific and detailed improvement strategies, such as. Perfect the historical installation data, optimize the performance management, improve the communication path and so on. Then use the actual case of TW project to use the proposed strategy in practical operation. Verify the feasibility of the strategy in the actual operation of the project and verify the effect of the practice. Hope through the project implementation validation, the development of the company can help, at the same time, can lead to more about the industry project management discussion, promote industry project implementation progress.
