【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,全球化進(jìn)程加快,國(guó)際間交流日益增多,翻譯服務(wù)的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭也愈加迅猛,翻譯服務(wù)市場(chǎng)大規(guī)模增長(zhǎng),翻譯項(xiàng)目管理應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。筆者在2015中國(guó)—東盟博覽會(huì)準(zhǔn)備階段參與了各項(xiàng)翻譯任務(wù),深切地體會(huì)到翻譯項(xiàng)目管理在大型活動(dòng)籌備和進(jìn)行階段的重要性。本報(bào)告采用翻譯項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)習(xí)報(bào)告的形式,對(duì)筆者在參加2015中國(guó)—東盟博覽會(huì)實(shí)習(xí)期間進(jìn)行的東盟各國(guó)宣傳資料翻譯項(xiàng)目的管理過(guò)程進(jìn)行報(bào)告和總結(jié)。筆者從項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的管理過(guò)程進(jìn)行分析,將其分為啟動(dòng)、規(guī)劃、執(zhí)行和收尾四個(gè)階段,首先對(duì)項(xiàng)目的啟動(dòng)階段進(jìn)行闡述,包括項(xiàng)目的可行性分析并確定開始該項(xiàng)目。其次進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃,其中包括計(jì)劃制定、團(tuán)隊(duì)分工、相關(guān)技術(shù)和資源支持和突發(fā)事件處理預(yù)案等。繼而具體分析項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程,并進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目評(píng)估等。最后,筆者總結(jié)本次進(jìn)行翻譯項(xiàng)目管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。結(jié)合實(shí)踐過(guò)程,突出翻譯項(xiàng)目管理知識(shí)的具體運(yùn)用,涉及到項(xiàng)目管理在翻譯行業(yè)中的知識(shí)體系及其理論框架。報(bào)告是對(duì)翻譯項(xiàng)目管理的一次有效嘗試,報(bào)告對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了經(jīng)驗(yàn)分析和總結(jié),旨在對(duì)今后的翻譯項(xiàng)目管理有所啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the acceleration of globalization, international exchanges are increasing day by day, and the development of translation services is becoming more and more rapid, and the market of translation services is growing on a large scale. Translation project management emerged as the times require. The author participated in various translation tasks in the preparation phase of the 2015 China-ASEAN Expo. Aware of the importance of translation project management in the preparation and conduct of major events, the present report takes the form of a translation project management internship report. This paper reports and summarizes the management process of the translation project of publicity materials in ASEAN countries during the internship of the 2015 China-ASEAN Expo. The author analyzes the management process of the project manager. It is divided into four stages: starting, planning, implementing and finishing. First, the start-up stage of the project is described, including the feasibility analysis of the project and the determination of the start of the project. Secondly, the project planning is carried out. Including planning, team division of labor, related technical and resource support and contingency planning. Then the specific analysis of the project implementation process and project evaluation. Finally. The author summarizes the experience of translation project management and emphasizes the concrete application of translation project management knowledge. This paper deals with the knowledge system of project management in the translation industry and its theoretical framework. The report is an effective attempt to manage the translation project. The report makes an empirical analysis and summary of the whole project. The aim is to enlighten the management of translation projects in the future.
