    前言：文章建構了基本的醫(yī)院和基本流程,認為醫(yī)院物流可分為采購物流、庫存管理、分發(fā)與供應、醫(yī)用廢棄品物流等4個主要活動領域。包含了醫(yī)院物流設施/存貨網絡、物流組織網絡、醫(yī)院物流流程;醫(yī)院物流運作規(guī)范、醫(yī)院物流戰(zhàn)略5個層次。準時制(JIT)、業(yè)務流程重組(BPR)、基于活動的成本分析(ABC)將為醫(yī)院物流合理化提供有力工具。
    This article constructs a basic model andframework for the hospital logistical system and its basic process, with four main activity areas beingpurchase logistics,inventory management,distribution and supply,medical waste logistics.Inaddition,five levels are discussed in this article,which are logistical facility and storage network,logistical organization network,hospital logistical process,logistical operation criterion,hospital logistics strategy.
