In twentieth Century 90 since the 1980s, facing the poultry meat quality safety problem is becoming more severe, summarized as follows:one is the occurrence of poultry meat safety problem of high frequency, wide range. Metadata can describe the initial information specification, according to specific criteria, extraction of consistent characteristics in the initial information to form a characteristic element of the collection. After the data generated from the time, space, data quality and data integration and many other aspects of the initial information gathering metadata, facilitate data administrator of the initial information orderly filing, search, delete, update, and the final completion of the data of the comprehensive and effective management. So you can through the application of metadata, make our poultry products product safety and quality and achieve the standardization, standardization, information safety management, increase transparency, improve market competitiveness, and promote the sustainable development of the poultry industry, promote the economic and social benefits, and effectively protect the interests of consumers.
