【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng),中國(guó)和西非加快了物流結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整步伐,雖然物流市場(chǎng)加快發(fā)展以適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的形勢(shì)已大大改善,但仍然落后于市場(chǎng)的需求。因此,物流的結(jié)構(gòu)性問(wèn)題和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的協(xié)調(diào),仍然是人們需要研究的重要課題。本研究以系統(tǒng)理論為指導(dǎo),綜合運(yùn)用了經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)的相應(yīng)基礎(chǔ)理論和方法來(lái)進(jìn)行分析和研究中國(guó)和西非物流發(fā)展中的相關(guān)問(wèn)題。首先論述了國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)物流概念的認(rèn)識(shí)及物流經(jīng)營(yíng)運(yùn)作方式方法的基本演變歷程;對(duì)于物流的基本屬性以及其所造成的重大影響進(jìn)行了闡述;另外,站在物流交通基本設(shè)施建立,基本基地建立以及發(fā)展等不同的角度全面的研究了中國(guó)和西非物流的差異;隨后,應(yīng)用SWOT分析法,分別對(duì)中國(guó)和西非物流業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了優(yōu)劣勢(shì)對(duì)比,分析中國(guó)物流和西非物流發(fā)展存在的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn);最后,在系統(tǒng)地分析、總結(jié)中國(guó)和西非物流業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,解析中國(guó)和西非物流業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿?提出兩個(gè)國(guó)家物流業(yè)發(fā)展的應(yīng)對(duì)措施和未來(lái)物流應(yīng)朝系統(tǒng)集成化、管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)統(tǒng)一化、園區(qū)便利化、配送精細(xì)化、運(yùn)輸現(xiàn)代化方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid growth of market economy, China and West Africa have accelerated the adjustment of logistics structure. Although the logistics market has been greatly improved to adapt to the situation of economic and social development, it still lags behind the demand of the market. Therefore, the structural problems of logistics and the coordination of social and economic development are still important topics that people need to study. Under the guidance of system theory, this study makes comprehensive use of the corresponding basic theories and methods of economics, management and mathematics to analyze and study the related problems in the development of logistics in China and West Africa. Firstly, this paper discusses the understanding of logistics concept at home and abroad and the basic evolution of logistics management and operation methods, expounds the basic attributes of logistics and its great influence, in addition, comprehensively studies the differences between China and West Africa from different angles, such as the establishment of logistics transportation infrastructure, the establishment and development of basic bases, and so on. Then, using SWOT analysis method, the advantages and disadvantages of logistics development in China and West Africa are compared, and the opportunities and challenges of logistics development in China and West Africa are analyzed. Finally, on the basis of systematic analysis and summary of the present situation and existing problems of logistics industry in China and West Africa, this paper analyzes the development potential of logistics industry in China and West Africa, and puts forward that the countermeasures for the development of logistics industry in the two countries and the future logistics should develop in the direction of system integration, management networking, standard unification, park facilitation, fine distribution and transportation modernization.
