【摘要】：圍繞發(fā)展新疆物流管理職業(yè)技能教育主線,以提高新疆實用物流人才創(chuàng)業(yè)和就業(yè)為中心展開,實證分析選題的背景、研究的目的,闡述物流資源、實用物流人才培訓開發(fā)、物流職業(yè)技能教育等基本理論;把握就業(yè)趨勢,分析當前新形勢下對物流管理職業(yè)技能教育所提出的新要求。分析新疆物流實用人才技能教育、職業(yè)教育的就業(yè)培訓的可行性方案;重點分析新物流基礎設施應用于新疆物流職業(yè)教育和就業(yè)培訓的過程;總結物流職業(yè)教育案例,分析新疆物流管理與就業(yè)培訓的實踐結果。
[Abstract]:Focusing on the main line of developing vocational skills education of logistics management in Xinjiang, focusing on improving the entrepreneurship and employment of practical logistics talents in Xinjiang, this paper empirically analyzes the background of the selected topic, the purpose of the research, and expounds the training and development of logistics resources and practical logistics talents. Basic theories such as logistics vocational skills education; Grasp the employment trend and analyze the new requirements for logistics management vocational skills education under the current new situation. This paper analyzes the feasibility scheme of Xinjiang logistics practical talents skills education and vocational education employment training, and focuses on the application of new logistics infrastructure in Xinjiang logistics vocational education and employment training process. This paper summarizes the cases of logistics vocational education, and analyzes the practical results of logistics management and employment training in Xinjiang.
