【摘要】：在當(dāng)前市場條件下,通過增強設(shè)施布置的合理性以降低生產(chǎn)成本、提高生產(chǎn)效率已成為企業(yè)增強其市場競爭力的強有力手段之一。我國物流發(fā)展起步晚,很多企業(yè)都存在著由于設(shè)施布局不合理導(dǎo)致的生產(chǎn)物流不順暢、效率低下、物流費用過高、庫存積壓大等問題,迫切需要有效的設(shè)施布置理論、方法和工具來快速對企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)設(shè)施進行合理地規(guī)劃設(shè)計。本文以DF公司為研究對象,運用工業(yè)工程的理念與方法,詳細分析了該公司的生產(chǎn)過程和布局現(xiàn)狀,針對發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題確定了該公司的設(shè)施布置需求與目標,選定SLP法和啟發(fā)式算法為基本方法對DF公司的生產(chǎn)設(shè)施布置進行設(shè)計研究。首先,用數(shù)學(xué)符號、公式、式子、圖形等細致詳盡的描述該公司的設(shè)施布置問題,建立相應(yīng)問題的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并應(yīng)用可拓學(xué)方法建立了布置方案的評價模型。其次,根據(jù)遺傳算法與模擬退火算法的原理與特點,將兩者結(jié)合形成GASA混合算法,并結(jié)合DF公司的布置問題詳細說明了該混合算法的流程、編碼方案、操作規(guī)則、參數(shù)設(shè)置等。同時將SLP法計算機化,通過程序化的語言描述出來,詳細闡述了改進后的SLP法的邏輯流程和功能模型。再次,采用面向?qū)ο笤O(shè)計方法對“DF公司設(shè)施布置系統(tǒng)”進行功能、架構(gòu)及系統(tǒng)邏輯關(guān)系設(shè)計,并完成系統(tǒng)研發(fā),保證了系統(tǒng)的易維護性和可擴展性。運用IDEF0圖描述系統(tǒng)整體及各個功能模塊的輸入輸出關(guān)系,線性流程圖說明各個模塊的運行邏輯。最后,通過DF公司廠區(qū)布局實例介紹了自主研發(fā)系統(tǒng)的主要界面設(shè)計及使用方法。運用該系統(tǒng)分別用SLP法和GASA混合算法獲得了兩個備選布置方案,并對兩個備選方案進行了對比評價,驗證了系統(tǒng)的可行性。
[Abstract]:Under the current market conditions, it has become one of the powerful means for enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness by enhancing the rationality of facility layout to reduce production costs and improve production efficiency. The development of logistics in our country starts late, and many enterprises have some problems, such as the production logistics is not smooth, the efficiency is low, the logistics cost is too high, the inventory is overstocked and so on, which is caused by the unreasonable layout of the facilities, so there is an urgent need for the effective facility layout theory. Methods and tools to quickly plan and design the production facilities of the enterprise. In this paper, DF Company is taken as the research object, and the production process and layout status of the company are analyzed in detail by using the concept and method of industrial engineering, and the requirements and objectives of the facility layout of the company are determined according to the problems found. The SLP method and heuristic algorithm are selected as the basic methods to design and study the production facilities layout of DF Company. Firstly, the facility layout problem of the company is described in detail with mathematical symbols, formulas, graphics and so on, the mathematical model of the corresponding problem is established, and the evaluation model of the layout scheme is established by using the extension method. Secondly, according to the principle and characteristics of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm, the GASA hybrid algorithm is formed by combining them, and the flow, coding scheme, operation rules and parameter setting of the hybrid algorithm are explained in detail combined with the layout problem of DF company. At the same time, the SLP method is computerized and described by programmed language, and the logic flow and function model of the improved SLP method are described in detail. Thirdly, the object-oriented design method is used to design the function, architecture and system logic relationship of "DF facility layout system", and the system research and development is completed to ensure the easy maintenance and expansibility of the system. The IDEF0 diagram is used to describe the input and output relationship of the whole system and each functional module, and the linear flow chart is used to illustrate the running logic of each module. Finally, the main interface design and application method of independent R & D system are introduced through an example of DF plant layout. Two alternative layout schemes are obtained by using SLP method and GASA hybrid algorithm, and the feasibility of the system is verified by comparing and evaluating the two options.
