【摘要】：隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,建筑業(yè)作為一個國家的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),對國計民生而言其重要性不言而喻。松下幸之助:“對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量而言,不是100分就是0分。”任何建筑企業(yè)要想在市場中做大、做強,就必須狠抓工程質(zhì)量,打造精品工程,塑造良好品牌形象。近二十年來,建筑企業(yè)高速發(fā)展,同時,建筑工程質(zhì)量問題也不斷大量出現(xiàn)。建筑工程質(zhì)量問題成了當(dāng)前消費者最為關(guān)心的熱題之一。質(zhì)量管理作為建筑工程施工管理的關(guān)鍵和核心,是增強建筑企業(yè)競爭力的主要環(huán)節(jié),提升工程項目質(zhì)量管理水平成為當(dāng)前迫切需要解決的問題。本文以福建興泰物流園建筑工程項目質(zhì)量管理為研究對象,首先,介紹質(zhì)量管理的背景、質(zhì)量管理理論的研究現(xiàn)狀;第二,闡述了項目工程質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)理論,其中著重對建筑工程項目施工質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)內(nèi)容進行論述;第三,詳細介紹了興泰物流園建筑工程建設(shè)概況;第四,進一步研究分析了物流園建筑工程項目質(zhì)量管理存在的主要問題;第五,根據(jù)存在的問題,運用全面質(zhì)量管理PDCA循環(huán)法提出有效的對策,保證建筑工程項目的順利完成;最后對本研究進行總結(jié)和展望。本文的研究分析對福建興泰物流園建筑工程建設(shè)項目質(zhì)量管理有良好的總結(jié)和指導(dǎo)意義,為該物流園的順利竣工提供扎實的保證,為企業(yè)今后的快速、穩(wěn)定、有效發(fā)展奠定雄厚的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's market economy, construction industry as a national pillar industry, its importance to the national economy and people's livelihood is self-evident. Matsushita Konosuke: "as far as the quality of the product is concerned, it is either 100 or 0." If any construction enterprise wants to be bigger and stronger in the market, it must pay close attention to the quality of the project, create the high-quality project and shape the good brand image. In the past two decades, construction enterprises have developed rapidly, and at the same time, construction engineering quality problems have also appeared in large numbers. The quality of construction project has become one of the hot issues that consumers are most concerned about at present. Quality management, as the key and core of construction management, is the main link to enhance the competitiveness of construction enterprises. Improving the level of quality management of engineering projects has become an urgent problem to be solved at present. This paper takes the construction project quality management of Fujian Xingtai Logistics Park as the research object. Firstly, it introduces the background of the quality management and the research status of the quality management theory. Secondly, it expounds the relevant theory of project quality management, which focuses on the related content of construction quality management of construction project, thirdly, introduces the general situation of construction project construction of Xingtai Logistics Park in detail, and discusses the related content of construction quality management of construction project in Xingtai Logistics Park in detail. Fourth, further study and analysis of the logistics park construction project quality management of the main problems; fifthly, according to the existing problems, the use of total quality management PDCA circulation method to put forward effective countermeasures to ensure the smooth completion of construction projects; Finally, this study is summarized and prospected. The research and analysis of this paper has a good summary and guidance significance for the quality management of the construction project of Fujian Xingtai Logistics Park, providing a solid guarantee for the smooth completion of the logistics park, and providing a rapid and stable future for the enterprise. Effective development laid a solid foundation.
