【摘要】：由于和利時集團公司對SAP系統(tǒng)沒有實施,由本集團自主開發(fā)的ERP系統(tǒng)應用模式已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)在激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境,為了進一步提高企業(yè)管理質(zhì)量,SAP系統(tǒng)MM模塊的實施和優(yōu)化提升工作勢在必行。本文通過充分分析國內(nèi)外SAP系統(tǒng)軟件應用的實際情況,確定了和利時集團有限公司SAP物料模塊實施以組織結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、業(yè)務流程優(yōu)化、采購管理、倉儲管理化為重點的系統(tǒng)實施方向。目前和利時集團公司采取的是集中采購和分散采購共存的管理模式。由其中一個子公司為其他七家公司進行原材料等的采購。在庫存方面則是實行將所有物料全部放于北京來進行統(tǒng)一管理的模式。在系統(tǒng)實施完成后,使SAP真正成為企業(yè)的“核心系統(tǒng)”,成為集團提高資源利用率強有力的數(shù)據(jù)支撐。實現(xiàn)業(yè)務采購、庫存和物流的一體化協(xié)同,本次需求主要適用于和利時集團八家子公司。
[Abstract]:Because Haley Group has not implemented SAP system, the application mode of ERP system independently developed by the Group can no longer meet the current fierce market competition environment, in order to further improve the quality of enterprise management, The implementation and optimization of MM module in SAP system is imperative. Through fully analyzing the application of SAP system software at home and abroad, this paper determines the implementation of SAP material module in Heshi Group Co., Ltd to adjust the organization structure, optimize the business process, and manage the purchase. Warehousing management as the focus of the implementation of the system direction. At present and Lishi Group adopts centralized procurement and decentralized procurement co-exist management model. One of the subsidiaries procures raw materials for seven other companies. In the area of inventory, the implementation of all materials in Beijing to carry out a unified management model. After the implementation of the system, SAP becomes the "core system" of the enterprise and a powerful data support for the group to improve the utilization of resources. To achieve business procurement, inventory and logistics integration and coordination, this demand is mainly applicable to the eight subsidiaries of the Hutchison Group.
