【摘要】：民航“十三五”規(guī)劃提出,要進(jìn)一步完善機(jī)場(chǎng)布局體系,建設(shè)世界級(jí)機(jī)場(chǎng)群。天津機(jī)場(chǎng)依據(jù)自身在京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展中的定位,發(fā)揮區(qū)域優(yōu)勢(shì),著力打造區(qū)域樞紐和中國(guó)國(guó)際航空物流中心。在這個(gè)大背景下,筆者從天津國(guó)際航空物流中心的發(fā)展模式選擇和天津國(guó)際航空物流中心發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀評(píng)估兩方面進(jìn)行研究。首先研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外航空物流中心的發(fā)展近況和研究現(xiàn)狀,并且界定了國(guó)際航空物流中心發(fā)展模式,得到兩種發(fā)展模式,一個(gè)是空空中轉(zhuǎn)主導(dǎo)型,另外一個(gè)是空地集散主導(dǎo)型。其次,研究了典型的國(guó)內(nèi)外國(guó)際航空物流中心的發(fā)展因素,選出國(guó)際航空物流中心發(fā)展模式選擇的關(guān)鍵要素,建立國(guó)際航空物流中心發(fā)展模式選擇模型;然后,對(duì)天津國(guó)際航空物流中心的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,在第三章構(gòu)建的選擇模型的基礎(chǔ)上,得出天津國(guó)際航空物流中心適合空空中轉(zhuǎn)主導(dǎo)的發(fā)展模式;再次,列出天津國(guó)際航空物流中心發(fā)展模式的構(gòu)成要素,利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對(duì)這些要素進(jìn)行分析。最后,結(jié)合第五章結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型下提取的構(gòu)成要素建立天津國(guó)際航空物流中心發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀評(píng)估體系,通過(guò)和香港、上海浦東的對(duì)比,綜合分析之后,發(fā)現(xiàn)天津建設(shè)中國(guó)國(guó)際航空物流中心有許多困難要克服,針對(duì)問(wèn)題提出了五條對(duì)策建議,進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與展望。
[Abstract]:The 13th five-year Plan of Civil Aviation proposes to further improve the airport layout system and build a world-class airport cluster. According to its position in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development, Tianjin Airport has made great efforts to build regional hub and China International Aviation Logistics Center by giving full play to its regional advantages. Under this background, the author carries on the research from the Tianjin international aviation logistics center development mode choice and the Tianjin international aviation logistics center development present situation appraisal two aspects. Firstly, this paper studies the development situation and research status of air logistics center at home and abroad, and defines the development mode of international air logistics center, and obtains two kinds of development modes, one is air-to-air transfer-leading type, the other is air-to-ground distribution leading type. Secondly, the paper studies the typical development factors of international aviation logistics center at home and abroad, selects the key elements of the development mode selection of international aviation logistics center, and establishes the model of development mode selection of international aviation logistics center. Then, the development situation of Tianjin International Aviation Logistics Center is analyzed. Based on the selection model constructed in Chapter 3, the development mode of Tianjin International Aviation Logistics Center is obtained, which is suitable for air-to-air transition. Thirdly, it lists the elements of the development model of Tianjin International Aviation Logistics Center, and analyzes these elements by using the structural equation model. Finally, based on the structure equation model of chapter 5, the author establishes the evaluation system of Tianjin International Aviation Logistics Center, and compares it with Hong Kong and Shanghai Pudong, and after comprehensive analysis, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of Tianjin International Aviation Logistics Center. It is found that Tianjin has many difficulties to overcome in the construction of China International Aviation Logistics Center. Five countermeasures and suggestions are put forward and summarized and prospected.
