【摘要】：隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)和現(xiàn)代化物流的快速發(fā)展,鐵路貨運(yùn)存在著的送達(dá)速度慢、便利程度低、貨損貨差嚴(yán)重、無(wú)法滿足貨主多樣化要求等方面的問(wèn)題,使其在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中處于劣勢(shì),也缺乏深入改革的內(nèi)動(dòng)力。在鐵路改革、京津冀一體化和鐵路經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速推進(jìn)與發(fā)展下,河北省鐵路貨運(yùn)也要對(duì)其運(yùn)營(yíng)模式進(jìn)行改革,使其更快地適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展的需要。本文首先以河北省鐵路貨運(yùn)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為基礎(chǔ),分析了鐵路貨運(yùn)向現(xiàn)代物流轉(zhuǎn)型和構(gòu)建鐵路貨運(yùn)現(xiàn)代物流運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的目的和意義,以及河北省鐵路貨運(yùn)現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展的有利條件、不利條件和基礎(chǔ)條件(包括:物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)、管理基礎(chǔ)和人才基礎(chǔ)),并對(duì)河北省鐵路貨運(yùn)現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展的內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)和外部機(jī)會(huì)與威脅進(jìn)行SWOT分析,以此得出河北省鐵路貨運(yùn)現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略類型和戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)。其次,對(duì)河北省鐵路貨運(yùn)現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展的影響要素進(jìn)行分析,得出對(duì)其影響較大的因素,為構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代物流運(yùn)營(yíng)模式打下基礎(chǔ)。再次,通過(guò)對(duì)河北省鐵路貨運(yùn)現(xiàn)代物流的發(fā)展定位和發(fā)展原則進(jìn)行分析,并以鐵路貨運(yùn)發(fā)展的既有方案為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建京津冀一體化下河北省鐵路貨運(yùn)現(xiàn)代物流運(yùn)營(yíng)模式。最后,以唐山貨運(yùn)中心為實(shí)例,通過(guò)對(duì)其發(fā)展的分析,印證構(gòu)建的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和現(xiàn)代物流迅速發(fā)展的形勢(shì)下的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of market economy and modern logistics, there are some problems in railway freight transportation, such as slow speed of delivery, low convenience, serious difference in cargo damage and unable to meet the diversified requirements of freight owners, and so on. Make it in the fierce market competition in a disadvantage, but also lack of in-depth reform of the internal force. Under the railway reform, the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and the rapid development of railway economy, the operation mode of Hebei railway freight transportation should also be reformed to make it adapt to the needs of modern logistics development more quickly. Based on the present situation of railway freight transportation in Hebei Province, this paper analyzes the purpose and significance of the transformation from railway freight transportation to modern logistics and the purpose and significance of constructing modern railway freight logistics operation mode, as well as the favorable conditions for the development of modern railway freight logistics in Hebei Province. Disadvantages and basic conditions (including material basis, management foundation and talent foundation), and the internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats of modern railway freight logistics development in Hebei Province are analyzed by SWOT. Based on this, the strategic type and strategic emphasis of modern logistics development of railway freight transportation in Hebei province are obtained. Secondly, the influencing factors of modern logistics development of railway freight transportation in Hebei province are analyzed, and the factors which have great influence on it are obtained, which lays the foundation for constructing modern logistics operation mode. Thirdly, through the analysis of the development orientation and development principle of modern railway freight logistics in Hebei Province, and based on the existing schemes of railway freight development, the operation mode of modern railway freight logistics in Hebei Province under the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province is constructed. Finally, taking Tangshan Freight Transportation Center as an example, through the analysis of its development, the feasibility of constructing the operation mode is verified under the situation of market competition and the rapid development of modern logistics.
