【摘要】：目的驗證紙漿模塑緩沖襯墊是否具有緩沖性能,能否有效保護產(chǎn)品不受損傷。方法基于吊燈燈罩與紙漿模塑襯墊之間的裝配關(guān)系,以跌落沖擊為環(huán)境載荷,采用Ansys/LS-DYNA軟件進行高度為1000 mm的跌落仿真分析,獲取紙漿模塑緩沖襯墊應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變云圖、加速度響應(yīng)曲線等動態(tài)特征和相關(guān)參數(shù),以此分析吊燈燈罩紙漿模塑襯墊在整個跌落過程中的作用。結(jié)果紙漿模塑襯墊凸臺發(fā)生了變形,作用力由紙漿模塑襯墊向燈罩擴散;整個模型重心點的加速度小于最低點的加速度;整個模型重心點和最低點速度與位移變化符合實際情況。結(jié)論紙漿模塑緩沖襯墊通過結(jié)構(gòu)的變形和破壞來吸收外界沖擊能量,以及延長作用力時間起到緩沖作用,能在物流過程中對產(chǎn)品進行有效保護。
[Abstract]:Objective to verify whether the pulp molded cushioning pad has cushioning property and whether it can effectively protect the product from damage. Methods based on the assembly relationship between lamp cover and pulp molded liner, drop impact was used as environmental load, drop simulation analysis was carried out with Ansys/LS-DYNA software for 1000 mm height, and the stress-strain cloud diagram of pulp molded cushioning liner was obtained. The dynamic characteristics of the acceleration response curve and related parameters are used to analyze the effect of the pulp molded liner of the chandelier lampshade on the whole falling process. Results the molded pulp liner was deformed and the force was diffused from the pulp molded liner to the lampshade, and the acceleration of the center of gravity of the whole model was less than that of the lowest point. The variation of the velocity and displacement of the center of gravity and the lowest point of the model accords with the actual situation. Conclusion Pulp molded cushioning pad can absorb the energy of external shock and prolong the time of force through the deformation and destruction of the structure, which can effectively protect the product in the process of logistics.
