基于RFID棉種質(zhì)量追溯平臺的構(gòu)建與分析

【摘要】:棉種是棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,種子的質(zhì)量直接決定著產(chǎn)量的高低。它是農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)是不可或缺的最基本的特殊的生產(chǎn)資料。但是在現(xiàn)實(shí)生產(chǎn)過程中,種子問題層出不窮,給棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來的很多沖擊和影響。一方面導(dǎo)致了棉業(yè)企業(yè)的公平競爭的市場出現(xiàn)了問題,影響了企業(yè)的信譽(yù)和銷售量。讓一些無良商販鉆了空子,引發(fā)了一系列惡性不良的假種子現(xiàn)象。另一方面,棉農(nóng)的利益也極大地受到了侵害,讓很多汗水和心血給浪費(fèi)了。為了解決這一難題,基于RFID棉種質(zhì)量追溯平臺被構(gòu)想了出來。這個追溯平臺主要利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù),從種子流通管理入手,實(shí)現(xiàn)棉種的質(zhì)量可識別,歷史狀態(tài)可記錄,流通環(huán)節(jié)被跟蹤,從根本上解決棉種質(zhì)量的問題。本文介紹了基于RFID棉種質(zhì)量追溯平臺的構(gòu)建與分析,平臺充分結(jié)合了棉種的種植、加工、物流、倉儲和銷售五個環(huán)節(jié),利用RFID電子標(biāo)簽靈活的讀寫功能和非接觸式的便捷,充分發(fā)揮數(shù)據(jù)庫與網(wǎng)絡(luò)開發(fā)技術(shù),全方位地對棉種質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行采集實(shí)現(xiàn)棉種流通各個環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,并實(shí)現(xiàn)棉種質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時更新,建立好完整的追溯信息鏈,構(gòu)件出棉種質(zhì)量追溯平臺。棉種追溯平臺工作的流程是采用RFID技術(shù)為基本手段,將電子標(biāo)簽貼于棉種產(chǎn)品的包裝上,棉種產(chǎn)品各種信息被寫入電子標(biāo)簽中。在種植-加工-物流-倉儲-銷售這整個環(huán)節(jié)上信息不斷傳輸?shù)骄W(wǎng)絡(luò)中,用戶可以隨時查詢棉種在整個流通環(huán)節(jié)中的相關(guān)信息。用戶遇到假種子也可以知道問題的根源,為廣大企業(yè)和棉農(nóng)維護(hù)自己法律權(quán)益提供有力的證據(jù)支持,更加進(jìn)一步的遏制違法行為的存在,促進(jìn)棉種產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康快速的發(fā)展。棉種追溯平臺利用的開發(fā)環(huán)境是Visual Studio2010,數(shù)據(jù)庫的開發(fā)選用了SQL Server 2008。平臺主要包括6個子系統(tǒng),棉種加工系統(tǒng)、棉種物流系統(tǒng)、棉種倉儲系統(tǒng)、棉種銷售系統(tǒng)、棉種種植管理系統(tǒng)、平臺權(quán)限超級管理系統(tǒng)。各系統(tǒng)間信息互通。用戶在不同的環(huán)節(jié)能夠查詢到棉種上游期間的信息。不同的系統(tǒng)所授的權(quán)限也有所不同,確保了信息準(zhǔn)確性和流動性。
[Abstract]:Cotton seed is the key to the development of cotton industry, and the quality of seed directly determines the yield. It is the agricultural production is the indispensable most basic special means of production. However, in the process of production, seed problems emerge in endlessly, which bring a lot of impact and influence to the development of cotton industry. On the one hand, it leads to the market of fair competition of cotton enterprises, which affects the reputation and sales of the enterprises. Let some unscrupulous traders drill holes, triggered a series of vicious false seeds phenomenon. On the other hand, the interests of cotton farmers have been greatly violated, let a lot of sweat and effort to waste. In order to solve this problem, cotton seed quality traceability platform based on RFID was conceived. This tracing platform mainly uses modern information technology, starting with seed circulation management, realizes cotton seed quality recognition, historical status can be recorded, circulation links are tracked, fundamentally solve the problem of cotton seed quality. This paper introduces the construction and analysis of cotton seed quality traceability platform based on RFID. The platform combines cotton seed planting, processing, logistics, warehousing and marketing, and makes use of RFID tag's flexible reading and writing function and non-contact convenience. Give full play to the technology of database and network development, collect cotton seed quality data in all directions, monitor every link of cotton seed circulation, realize the real-time updating of cotton seed quality data, and establish a complete traceability information chain. Component cotton seed quality tracing platform. The process of cotton seed tracing platform is to use RFID technology as the basic means to attach the electronic label to the packaging of cotton seed product and all kinds of information of cotton seed product are written into the electronic label. In the whole link of planting, processing, logistics, warehousing and marketing, the information is continuously transmitted to the network, and users can query the relevant information of cotton seeds in the whole circulation link at any time. Users can also know the root of the problem when they encounter false seeds, provide strong evidence support for the majority of enterprises and cotton farmers to maintain their own legal rights and interests, further curb the existence of illegal activities, and promote the healthy and rapid development of cotton seed industry. The development environment of cotton seed tracing platform is SQL Server 2008. The platform mainly includes six subsystems, cotton seed processing system, cotton seed logistics system, cotton seed storage system, cotton seed sales system, cotton seed planting management system, platform authority super management system. Information exchange among systems. Users in different links can query the upstream cotton seed information. Permissions vary from system to system, ensuring information accuracy and mobility.
