基于仿真技術(shù)的物流配送系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic growth in China, the development of logistics industry has entered an unprecedented stage. In recent years, the major manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises have built their own logistics distribution center to ensure the reduction of costs in the process of raw materials and commodity circulation, improve inventory turnover and the operational efficiency of the logistics system. Finally, to achieve the goal of improving the economic efficiency and service level of enterprises. However, the reality is that the planning of logistics distribution process starts late in our country, and the main reason is that the cost of constructing distribution center is high, and the relevant theories of designing and planning distribution process are not mature and perfect enough. Therefore, investment in the construction of distribution centers for enterprises there is a great risk. In view of the above realistic background, it is the fundamental significance of this paper to design and plan the logistics distribution process more reasonably and scientifically. In addition, the system simulation technology is an important method that runs through the research in this paper. It applies the computer simulation technology to the design and planning of the distribution process. Flexsim simulation software can effectively verify the feasibility of the planning scheme and its implementation effect, thus helping enterprises to avoid many risks in the design and planning. This paper mainly introduces several practical problems in the process of logistics distribution, through the relevant theoretical study and the application of methods, it is finally implemented in the logistics distribution problem. The feasibility and rationality of the solution are verified by system simulation. First of all, this paper puts forward the problem of implementing layout planning for a multi-functional medical distribution center. According to the design results of its work flow and functional area division, the layout planning scheme of the distribution center is determined by using SLP method. Through the simulation and analysis of the layout planning scheme, it is verified that the scheme basically meets the smooth logistics in the distribution center and the operational requirements of the enterprise. Secondly, the selection of sorting strategy in the distribution center of an e-commerce enterprise is put forward. Based on the theory that reasonable order batch method can greatly improve the efficiency of sorting operation and reduce the distance between transportation and walking, Based on the general order batch strategy, two optimized order batching strategies are developed for the enterprise. After that, the optimal order batch strategy is selected for the distribution center sorting system with the simulation analysis method. Finally, this paper puts forward the optimization of production and distribution mode for a certain automobile parts manufacturing enterprise. After discussing the shortcomings of the material distribution system under two typical production modes, this paper puts forward an optimized production and distribution mode. The simulation software based on Flexsim verifies that the optimization method can effectively reduce the inventory level and improve the production efficiency. Through the analysis of three practical problems, this paper expounds the importance of logistics distribution system in improving enterprise efficiency and reducing logistics and production cost, as well as the practical significance of system simulation in solving logistics distribution problems.
