【摘要】：本文是一篇翻譯項目報告。伴隨中國綜合國力的提升和國際地位的提高,國際社會想要了解中國的愿望與日俱增,中國想要世界了解自己的愿望也與日俱增�；诖吮尘�,中國政府提出了“走出去”戰(zhàn)略,四川人民政府積極響應(yīng)號召,組織編纂《2013四川年鑒》及其英譯工作。該年鑒詳實、全面、系統(tǒng)、準(zhǔn)確地記載上一年度四川省經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展的新進(jìn)程,以期為各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機關(guān)和部門進(jìn)行投資經(jīng)營、制定發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供依據(jù),為科研、教學(xué)工作、在川投資提供信息,為國內(nèi)外各界人士了解四川提供參考以促進(jìn)四川和各省和世界各地區(qū)的交流合作。項目原文本是一部大型綜合性年刊《四川年鑒》的第三章之經(jīng)濟(jì)社會篇節(jié)選。筆者負(fù)責(zé)的項目原文主要記載了西部綜合交通樞紐建設(shè)、重點項目建設(shè)、商貿(mào)流通、白酒業(yè)、餐飲業(yè)、物流業(yè)、保險業(yè)、高新技術(shù)及產(chǎn)業(yè)化、創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)建設(shè)、中小企業(yè)發(fā)展、廣播影視幾個方面的新進(jìn)程。本文以紐馬克的文本類型分類理論、語義翻譯理論和交際理論及功能翻譯理論中的目的論為理論依據(jù),列舉了一些翻譯實例和策略,以期為同類型的文本翻譯提供參考。本報告的主要內(nèi)容分為四部分,第一部分對翻譯項目進(jìn)行概述,包括翻譯任務(wù)背景介紹、原文背景介紹和委托方要求。第二部分對翻譯過程進(jìn)行描述包括譯前準(zhǔn)備、翻譯過程中遇到的困難并提出本文依據(jù)的翻譯理論和策略。第三部分分析了部分翻譯案例,包括翻譯實踐中出現(xiàn)的問題類型及對翻譯問題的理論思考和解決策略,第四部分為實踐總結(jié),包括實踐中未解決的問題及筆者的收獲。
[Abstract]:This article is a translation project report. With the improvement of China's comprehensive national strength and its international status, the desire of the international community to understand China is growing day by day, and the desire of China to understand itself in the world is growing day by day. Based on this background, the Chinese government put forward the "going out" strategy, and the Sichuan people's Government responded positively to the call to organize the compilation of Sichuan Yearbook 2013 and its translation into English. The yearbook is a detailed, comprehensive, systematic and accurate record of the new process of economic and social development in Sichuan Province last year, with a view to providing the basis for investment and management of leading organs and departments at all levels, formulating development plans, and providing basis for scientific research and teaching work. Investment in Sichuan provides information for people at home and abroad to learn about Sichuan in order to promote exchanges and cooperation between Sichuan and other provinces and regions around the world. The original text of the project is an economic and social excerpt from the third chapter of a large comprehensive annual journal, Sichuan Yearbook. The original text of the project for which the author is responsible mainly records the construction of a comprehensive transportation hub in the western region, the construction of key projects, the circulation of commerce and commerce, the liquor industry, the catering industry, the logistics industry, the insurance industry, the high and new technology and industrialization, the construction of innovative enterprises, and the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. New progress in several aspects of radio, film and television. Based on Newmark's text classification theory, semantic translation theory, Skopos theory in communicative theory and functional translation theory, this paper enumerates some translation examples and strategies in order to provide reference for the text translation of the same type. The main contents of this report are divided into four parts. The first part gives an overview of the translation project, including the background of the translation task, the original background and the client's request. The second part describes the process of translation, including pre-translation preparation, difficulties encountered in the process of translation and the translation theory and strategies based on which this paper is based. The third part analyzes some translation cases, including the types of problems in translation practice and the theoretical thinking and solutions to translation problems. The fourth part is a summary of practice, including the unsolved problems in practice and the author's harvest.
