新型物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈模式下的產(chǎn)品服務(wù)商選擇
[Abstract]:With the strengthening of logistics industry in the development of national economy, the research of logistics service supply chain has become an important branch of the academic research in the field of supply chain. In accordance with the logistics industry coordination and the modern integrated logistics service demand, a cooperative and symbiotic modern logistics service operation mode is gradually formed between the logistics supply side and the logistics enterprises, which realizes the integrated operation of upstream and downstream of supply chain. Logistics service supply chain operation mode is an important means to realize the integration of social resources and the sustainable development of logistics industry. It provides a feasible way for the organic integration of manufacturing and logistics industry. At present, the research on logistics service supply chain has not yet formed a mature system, which urgently needs basic theoretical research to guide practical operation. Based on the existing theoretical and practical experience and the concept of product service system (PSS), this paper makes a theoretical study on the structure of logistics service supply chain. On the basis of summarizing and summarizing the literature about the definition and basic structure of logistics service supply chain, this paper points out the deficiency of existing research, and takes logistics service supply chain integrator as the core. A new model of logistics service supply chain is constructed based on the basic structure of product service provider and logistics service integrator. The logistics service supply chain model can effectively reduce the bullwhip effect, shorten the length of the logistics service supply chain and improve the tightness of the chain through the integration of logistics service supply chain integrators to logistics, service and sales functions. In the process of realizing the new logistics service supply chain, a key link is to select the right product service provider. Compared with the traditional suppliers, the suppliers in the new-type logistics service supply chain are product service providers. In this study, the index system of evaluating the product service providers under the new logistics service supply chain model is proposed, and combined with the entropy method and GF (Grey correlation). Fuzzy judgment) model method, taking five candidate suppliers as an example, selected the appropriate product service provider. This study provides the necessary theoretical basis and data support for enriching the logistics service supply chain model library and the selection of product service providers during its operation. Specifically, the significance of this study to the theoretical research and practical application of logistics service supply chain is mainly reflected in two aspects: on the one hand, At present, there are few logistics service integrators as the core enterprises of the supply chain to establish a new model of logistics service supply chain. This paper introduces the concept of product service system and constructs a new logistics service supply chain model with logistics service integrator as the core. This will enrich the model library of logistics service supply chain and provide some reference for the theoretical research of logistics service supply chain. On the other hand, it provides empirical support for the choice of product service provider in the realization of logistics service supply chain mode. A very important prerequisite for the realization of new logistics service supply chain is to choose the right partner. This study studies the selection of product and service providers through theory and case analysis, which provides some management enlightenment for logistics enterprises. The main contribution of this study is to break through the boundary between logistics and manufacturing enterprises, realize the extension of logistics services to product services, and provide a new thinking and method for the construction of logistics service supply chain. This is in line with the current trend of integration of logistics and manufacturing industry, and meets the requirements of the times of logistics industry adjustment and planning.
