酬金管控及預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:社會渠道對于促進電信運營商的銷售推廣、服務(wù)提升、方便客戶發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。龐大的社會渠道酬金支出也是電信企業(yè)的一項銷售推廣費用,占企業(yè)開支的比例越來越大。移動公司酬金池是指將當期激勵酬金的一定比例沉淀留待后續(xù)發(fā)放,這部分酬金主要用于改善渠道條件和提升渠道能力,從而提升渠道穩(wěn)定度和掌控力。隨著技術(shù)的不斷進步,電信行業(yè)的競爭日趨激烈,中國移動千方百計地提升自身綜合能力以應(yīng)對多方面的環(huán)境變化。“得渠道者得天下”,只有掌控好渠道信息,才能更好的掌控資金、生產(chǎn)、物流、營銷等各項計劃,在市場銷售和管理過程中,社會渠道是離散分布的,而社會渠道管理的核心是酬金管理,因此,酬金管理是實現(xiàn)社會渠道掌控的關(guān)鍵,也是電信運營商成本管控的重點。隨著各種不同需求的提出,酬金池的管理也進入一個新的時期,代理商如何快速方便的查詢,酬金主管如何及時快速的掌控各代理商的酬金情況,顯得尤為重要。目前移動公司社會渠道酬金存在代理商對代辦費構(gòu)成明細不清、對酬金池感知不足,區(qū)域經(jīng)理對代理商酬金無法知曉、對代理商掌控不足,全區(qū)酬金池注入、支出、扣罰人工化、整體費時費力,缺乏防范預(yù)警機制,套利現(xiàn)象嚴重等問題。為實現(xiàn)社會渠道酬金的規(guī)范化和精細化管理,根據(jù)張家口移動公司渠道部門酬金管理的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展需求,本選題通過開發(fā)“張家口移動公司酬金管控及預(yù)警系統(tǒng)”以網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為載體,全面掌控全區(qū)代理商酬金變化情況,加強酬金管控力度,增強代理商粘性。最方便、最直接的掌控全區(qū)酬金情況。本選題針對張家口移動公司建立的酬金池的各種問題現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展需求進行研究,目標是設(shè)計出滿足移動公司社會渠道酬金政策需求、控制企業(yè)成本、調(diào)動社會渠道積極性、提升渠道能力和滿意度,形成一個具有及時性、全流程自動化的酬金管控及預(yù)警系統(tǒng)。張家口移動公司酬金管控及預(yù)警系統(tǒng)成功實施后,將全面提升酬金主管的工作效率,及時掌控酬金池全市、各縣、各代理商變化的全面情況;它可以提高對代理商代辦費、酬金查詢要求的效率,能更好、更快、更準的提供查詢統(tǒng)計服務(wù),并且能夠為使用人員提供全方位的信息支持。通過該系統(tǒng)的建立實現(xiàn)了酬金主管快速、及時掌控酬金池全市、各縣、各代理商變化的全面情況;它可以提高對代理商代辦費、酬金查詢要求的效率,能更好、更快、更準的提供查詢統(tǒng)計服務(wù),并且能夠為使用人員提供全方位的信息支持。本課題是通過設(shè)計和實施張家口移動公司酬金管控及預(yù)警系統(tǒng),解決全區(qū)代理商酬金發(fā)放的時間慢;響應(yīng)全區(qū)代理商酬金的查詢慢;最方便直接的統(tǒng)計出全區(qū)的酬金發(fā)放、現(xiàn)有總額的全面情況;及時掌控各代理商酬金的異常情況的問題。
