【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化與物流全球化進(jìn)程的加快,物流園區(qū)的定位和分工得到了極大的重視,好的規(guī)劃方案以及運(yùn)作模式,可以幫助一個(gè)物流園區(qū)穩(wěn)定健康的發(fā)展,為周邊的經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來(lái)助力。反之,如果一個(gè)物流園區(qū)規(guī)劃不善或者后期的運(yùn)營(yíng)不當(dāng),都會(huì)造成物流園區(qū)的低效和浪費(fèi)。然而,目前對(duì)物流園區(qū)的規(guī)劃和運(yùn)營(yíng)多數(shù)體現(xiàn)在集中在較大的區(qū)域內(nèi),諸如東部沿海,長(zhǎng)三角乃至全國(guó),其研究的物流園區(qū)規(guī)模相對(duì)較大,研究縣域物流園區(qū)多穿插在文章的某些章節(jié),專門研究縣域物流園區(qū)的文獻(xiàn)比較少。本文以我國(guó)的縣域物流園區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,主要研究其適用的運(yùn)作模式。通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的閱讀、整理與分析,本文認(rèn)為,縣域物流園區(qū)的運(yùn)作模式可以具體分成三部分：物流園區(qū)的開(kāi)發(fā)模式、園區(qū)的管理模式和園區(qū)的盈利模式。在此基礎(chǔ)上本文展開(kāi)了研究。首先,本文對(duì)物流園區(qū)、縣域物流園區(qū)、物流規(guī)劃、物流園區(qū)運(yùn)作模式等概念進(jìn)行了解釋整理。其次,具體分析以德國(guó)和日本為代表的國(guó)外物流園區(qū)的成功運(yùn)作模式。接著,對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)有的物流園區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)模式、管理模式及盈利模式展開(kāi)了全面分析。然后,結(jié)合我國(guó)縣域物流園區(qū)的實(shí)際情況及特點(diǎn),綜合得出適用于我國(guó)縣域物流園區(qū)的運(yùn)作模式。進(jìn)而選取隸屬于縣域物流園區(qū)范疇的江蘇海安天賦力物流園區(qū)為案例研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其運(yùn)作模式進(jìn)行具體分析,并且評(píng)估其實(shí)際運(yùn)作效果,驗(yàn)證該縣域物流園區(qū)運(yùn)作模式的適用性與正確性。最后,對(duì)本文研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與展望,指出本文研究的額不足之處以及未來(lái)的研究方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the acceleration of the process of economic globalization and logistics globalization, great attention has been paid to the orientation and division of labor of the logistics park. A good planning plan and operation mode can help a logistics park to develop steadily and healthily. Help the surrounding economy. On the other hand, if a logistics park is poorly planned or mismanaged, it will result in inefficient and wasteful logistics park. However, at present, most of the planning and operation of logistics parks are concentrated in larger regions, such as the eastern coast, Yangtze River Delta and even the whole country. The scale of logistics parks studied is relatively large. The research of county logistics park is mostly interspersed in some chapters of the article, and the literature on county logistics park is less. This paper takes the county logistics park as the research object, mainly studies its suitable operation mode. Through reading, sorting out and analyzing the relevant documents, this paper holds that the operation mode of the county logistics park can be divided into three parts: the development mode of the logistics park, the management mode of the park and the profit model of the park. On this basis, this paper carried out a study. Firstly, this paper explains the concepts of logistics park, county logistics park, logistics planning, logistics park operation mode and so on. Secondly, the successful operation mode of foreign logistics park, represented by Germany and Japan, is analyzed concretely. Then, the development mode, management mode and profit mode of logistics park are analyzed. Then, combined with the actual situation and characteristics of our country's county logistics park, the operation mode of the county logistics park is obtained. Then select Jiangsu Haian Tianli Logistics Park, which belongs to county logistics park, as the case study object, analyze its operation mode concretely, and evaluate its actual operation effect. Verify the applicability and correctness of the county logistics park operation model. Finally, the paper summarizes and prospects the research, points out the limitations of this study and the future research direction.
