云Space會(huì)務(wù)活動(dòng)O2O公司從1.0到2.0的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型
[Abstract]:O2O (Online to Offline), is a concept that combines offline business opportunities with the Internet and makes the Internet a platform for offline transactions, a concept that originated in the United States. After capital flows and logistics barriers, the typical way in which traditional enterprise Internet addition (how offline businesses interact with online users) is a combination of traditional and Internet industries. 2015 is the first year of the mixed battle between the meeting activities and the O2O. In this year, the traditional meeting activities industry in China is facing the deep deconstruction of the Internet, and the market ecology of the meeting business activities is facing a large-scale reshuffle and reconstruction. After reconstructing, the new market structure, the development strategy and the speed of development of various major heroes will to a large extent determine the future ecological environment of the O2O market and even the whole meeting activity market. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the strategic transformation of enterprises. In this paper, the concept and relationship of Internet thinking and O2O business model are straightened out from a theoretical point of view, and relevant economics is used. The theory of management explains the effect of Internet technology to improve the efficiency and change of the traditional meeting activity industry, as well as the help to enhance the innovation ability and productivity of the company. Then, the concept and relationship of company strategy and strategic transformation are introduced, and the relevant conclusions of strategic transformation are drawn through the reasoning of strategic evolution process. Then began to quote some data and information from the traditional meeting business industry, reflecting some problems in the traditional meeting business industry in China. On this basis, it introduced some of the traditional meeting business companies' Internetization and the actual combat experience of the O2O company. Thus we can find some company strategic thinking and strategic transformation methods that can be used for reference. This paper then takes the cloud Space meeting activity O2O company as the actual case, studies its company from 1. 0 information age to 2. 0 transaction time strategic transformation evolution and the implementation process, Further demonstrate the company's strategic management law and strategic transformation method found before. In order to find out the problems and opportunities in the strategic management of the company, the SWOT analysis method is used to reflect on the threats and opportunities in the external competitive environment, as well as the advantages and disadvantages within the company, so as to find the shortcomings and problems. Finally, this paper summarizes the new problems found in the implementation of the new strategy, as well as the desirability, in order to provide some reference for the strategic transformation of O2O companies. This paper adopts the method of combining normative research with empirical research, analyzes the thinking before and after the formation of the company strategy, and effectively compares and analyzes the company strategy in two different stages of development in the case. Through the relationship between the new and the old strategy, the similarities and differences, and the effect of the strategy change to reflect the change of the management of the company truthfully, hoping to play a certain role in the relevant work of company managers. However, due to various reasons, there are still shortcomings in this paper, so the related problems are worthy of further study.
