【摘要】：ERP系統(tǒng)以產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)、客戶需求為基準(zhǔn),以優(yōu)化企業(yè)資源分配為目標(biāo),以勞動(dòng)力的最大利用為目的,將企業(yè)的信息流、資金流、物流進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一,將客戶信息、計(jì)劃、市場(chǎng)、采購(gòu)、生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量、銷(xiāo)售、售后、財(cái)務(wù)及人力資源等管理模塊結(jié)合為一體,為企業(yè)提供現(xiàn)代化的管理手段和方法。目前國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)上有開(kāi)發(fā)比較成熟的ERP系統(tǒng),但鑒于不同企業(yè)的差異性,成熟的ERP系統(tǒng)在功能實(shí)現(xiàn)上不能完全滿足不同企業(yè)的需求,論文針對(duì)某制造企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)需求,對(duì)企業(yè)現(xiàn)有ERP系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)管理功能進(jìn)行了分析,依據(jù)企業(yè)運(yùn)作流程進(jìn)行了重組,對(duì)該過(guò)程所涉及到的數(shù)據(jù)表結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了重新設(shè)計(jì),在該系統(tǒng)框架的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)ERP系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行二次開(kāi)發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)新增及改進(jìn)功能。具體完成了以下工作:(1)在系統(tǒng)提供的“需求計(jì)算器”功能上進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),通過(guò)對(duì)BOM結(jié)構(gòu)樹(shù)遍歷算法的改進(jìn)及“低層碼”的設(shè)計(jì),使通過(guò)“需求計(jì)算”所得的物料需求結(jié)果更加合理準(zhǔn)確,并新增計(jì)劃期內(nèi)物料庫(kù)存不足觸發(fā)采購(gòu)提醒功能,新增物料發(fā)放管理功能,完善了整個(gè)物料管理過(guò)程。(2)通過(guò)新增工藝路線導(dǎo)入及月計(jì)劃工作臺(tái)打印功能,將工藝路線管理由系統(tǒng)外移至系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部,使之管理方式更加合理。(3)根據(jù)企業(yè)實(shí)際運(yùn)作情況,將系統(tǒng)提供的生產(chǎn)周期管理功能進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),對(duì)系統(tǒng)提供的生產(chǎn)周期管理流程進(jìn)行了重新設(shè)計(jì),使之能夠適應(yīng)于企業(yè)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作。(4)通過(guò)在驗(yàn)收過(guò)程中新增ERP不合格審批流程,將不合格產(chǎn)品的處理方式加入整個(gè)系統(tǒng)管理過(guò)程中,完善質(zhì)量管理。論文通過(guò)對(duì)ERP系統(tǒng)的二次開(kāi)發(fā),完善了企業(yè)的物料管理、工藝路線管理、生產(chǎn)周期管理及質(zhì)量管理四大生產(chǎn)管理功能,滿足了企業(yè)需求,對(duì)相關(guān)企業(yè)具有工程實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:The ERP system takes the product market and customer demand as the benchmark, optimizes the distribution of enterprise resources, aims at the maximum utilization of labor force, unifies the information flow, capital flow and logistics of the enterprise, and integrates customer information, planning, market, purchasing, etc. Production, quality, sales, aftermarket, finance and human resources management modules to provide modern management tools and methods for enterprises. At present, there are mature ERP systems in the domestic market, but in view of the difference of different enterprises, the mature ERP system can not fully meet the needs of different enterprises in the function realization, so the paper aims at the business needs of a manufacturing enterprise. This paper analyzes the production management function of the existing ERP system of the enterprise, reorganizes it according to the operation flow of the enterprise, redesigns the data table structure involved in the process, and on the basis of the framework of the system, the structure of the data table involved in the process is redesigned. Through the secondary development of ERP system, the new and improved functions are realized. The following works have been accomplished: (1) the function of "requirement calculator" provided by the system has been improved, and the algorithm of traversal of BOM structure tree and the design of "low level code" have been improved. To make the result of material requirement obtained by "demand calculation" more reasonable and accurate, and to add the material inventory shortage to trigger the purchasing warning function and the material release management function during the plan period. The whole process of material management is improved. (2) the process route management is moved from the system to the inside of the system through the new process route import and the printing function of the monthly plan workbench. (3) according to the actual operation of the enterprise, the production cycle management function provided by the system is improved, and the production cycle management process provided by the system is redesigned. It can adapt to the actual production operation of the enterprise. (4) by adding the ERP unqualified approval process in the process of acceptance and acceptance, the processing mode of the unqualified product will be added into the whole system management process, and the quality management will be improved. Through the secondary development of the ERP system, the paper improves the four production management functions of the enterprise, such as material management, process route management, production cycle management and quality management, which meets the needs of the enterprise and has engineering practical significance for the related enterprises.
