【摘要】：本文是一篇翻譯報(bào)告,翻譯對象選自東盟秘書處和世界銀行共同發(fā)布的東盟一體化報(bào)告。本報(bào)告由東盟秘書處和世界銀行于2013年11月共同出版,至今無中文譯本。該報(bào)告的目的是監(jiān)測東盟成員國政策及市場整合成果,該報(bào)告闡述了實(shí)現(xiàn)2015年AEC目標(biāo)的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),包括實(shí)施服務(wù)整合議程,以及非關(guān)稅措施所帶來的挑戰(zhàn)。此外,該報(bào)告還提出了解決這些問題的政策及體制措施。翻譯項(xiàng)目原文選自該報(bào)告第二章,主要內(nèi)容是東盟貿(mào)易便利化和物流發(fā)展情況。翻譯報(bào)告共分四章。第一章主要闡述翻譯報(bào)告的背景和報(bào)告結(jié)構(gòu)。第二章對原文的背景進(jìn)行討論。第三章主要探討在翻譯過程中所遇到的翻譯難點(diǎn)及翻譯方法。原文屬于信息類文本,內(nèi)容客觀,語言嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),因此譯者將在目的原則的指導(dǎo)下,結(jié)合實(shí)際例證使用轉(zhuǎn)換法,拆分法,省略及補(bǔ)充法等來解決翻譯難句。而在最后一章,譯者將總結(jié)取得的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和翻譯過程中需要解決的問題。
[Abstract]:This paper is a translation report from the ASEAN Secretariat and the World Bank published by the ASEAN Integration report. The report was jointly published by the ASEAN Secretariat and the World Bank in November 2013 and has not been translated into Chinese. The report, which aims to monitor ASEAN member countries' policy and market integration results, sets out serious challenges to achieving the 2015 AEC targets, including the implementation of the services integration agenda and the challenges posed by non-tariff measures. In addition, the report also proposes policy and institutional measures to address these problems. The original text of the translation is from chapter 2 of the report, which mainly deals with ASEAN trade facilitation and logistics development. The translation report is divided into four chapters. The first chapter mainly describes the background and structure of the translation report. The second chapter discusses the background of the original text. Chapter three mainly discusses the translation difficulties and translation methods encountered in the process of translation. Under the guidance of the Skopos principle, the translator will use the transformation method, split method, ellipsis method and supplementary method to solve the problem of translation under the guidance of the Skopos principle. In the last chapter, the translator will sum up the experience gained and the problems to be solved in the translation process.
