【摘要】：農(nóng)產(chǎn)品是人們生活的必需品,其質(zhì)量安全正成為一個(gè)全球性日益突出的問(wèn)題,但目前國(guó)內(nèi)專(zhuān)注于生產(chǎn),加工和銷(xiāo)售過(guò)程,質(zhì)量安全并沒(méi)有引起足夠的重視,對(duì)于在物流過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的安全問(wèn)題,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供給仍處于傳統(tǒng)的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)和運(yùn)輸模式,主要表現(xiàn)為操作協(xié)調(diào)不夠,有關(guān)部門(mén)在新鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通過(guò)程中監(jiān)督、冷鏈體系不健全,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷藏運(yùn)輸率很低,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流中損失嚴(yán)重和頻繁的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品安全事故發(fā)生。這不僅影響了消費(fèi)者的身體健康和生命安全,而且也影響農(nóng)業(yè)在我國(guó)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。所以說(shuō),當(dāng)務(wù)之急是要加強(qiáng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流運(yùn)輸?shù)馁|(zhì)量安全管理工作。 通過(guò)分析我國(guó)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流安全的現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合中國(guó)中部冷鏈物流運(yùn)輸?shù)木唧w問(wèn)題的安全管理,并解決影響質(zhì)量和安全的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),安全形勢(shì)冷鏈物流運(yùn)輸。分析儀器系統(tǒng)的冷鏈物流運(yùn)輸和建設(shè),推出了以公路運(yùn)輸為研究為例,從該研究詳細(xì)的運(yùn)輸設(shè)備,計(jì)劃,車(chē)輛管理和運(yùn)輸組織服務(wù),總結(jié)了層次結(jié)構(gòu)為了基于如何提高冷鏈物流質(zhì)量運(yùn)輸安全,方便今后的研究冷鏈運(yùn)輸提供了基礎(chǔ)。提出了如何提高農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流運(yùn)輸對(duì)策的質(zhì)量和安全�？偨Y(jié)了論據(jù),并指出研究的缺陷。從農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)建設(shè)這兩個(gè)方面,來(lái)評(píng)估農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的安全檢測(cè)綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并最終指向出,新鮮的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流安全完善方式,增加物流安全預(yù)警系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:The quality and safety of agricultural products is becoming an increasingly prominent problem in the world, but at present, the domestic focus on production, processing and marketing processes, quality and safety has not attracted enough attention. The supply of agricultural products is still in the traditional storage and transportation mode for the safety problems in the process of logistics. The main manifestation is that the operation coordination is not enough, the departments concerned supervise the circulation of fresh agricultural products, and the cold chain system is not perfect. The rate of refrigerated transportation of agricultural products is very low, and serious and frequent agricultural product safety accidents occur in agricultural products logistics. This not only affects the health and safety of consumers, but also affects the sustainable development of agriculture in China. Therefore, the urgent task is to strengthen the quality and safety management of agricultural product logistics. By analyzing the present situation of agricultural product logistics safety in China, combining with the safety management of the specific problems of cold chain logistics transportation in central China, and solving the statistical data of key problems affecting quality and safety, the security situation of cold chain logistics transportation is discussed. Analyzing the cold chain logistics transportation and construction of the instrument system, taking road transportation as an example, the detailed transport equipment, planning, vehicle management and transportation organization services were developed from the study. In order to improve the quality and safety of cold chain logistics and facilitate the future research of cold chain transportation, the hierarchical structure is summarized. How to improve the quality and safety of agricultural product cold chain logistics transportation is put forward. The paper summarizes the arguments and points out the defects of the research. This paper evaluates the comprehensive evaluation index system of agricultural product logistics safety detection from the two aspects of agricultural product logistics monitoring system construction, and finally points out that the fresh agricultural product logistics security perfect way, increases the logistics security early warning system.
