【摘要】：福建省作為我國蔬菜生產(chǎn)大省,具有良好的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢和氣候優(yōu)勢,但福建省蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展層次和水平并未與資源、產(chǎn)量相匹配。通過對福建省5個地市的蔬菜種植戶進行300份問卷的調(diào)查和調(diào)研,采用DEA-BCC法對蔬菜生產(chǎn)的資本和勞動投入及產(chǎn)出進行實證分析,引入農(nóng)戶及家庭特征、蔬菜生產(chǎn)條件、制度及政策三方面進行影響因素分析。結(jié)論認(rèn)為,蔬菜種植農(nóng)戶的資源配置能力和資源使用效率整體水平不高,蔬菜生產(chǎn)效率與戶主受教育年限、種植技術(shù)、物流水平及是否購買農(nóng)業(yè)保險等因素有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Fujian Province, as a large province of vegetable production in China, has good geographical and climatic advantages, but the level and level of development of vegetable industry in Fujian Province are not matched with resources and yield. Through the investigation and investigation of 300 vegetable growers in five cities of Fujian Province, the paper makes an empirical analysis of the capital and labor input and output of vegetable production by using DEA-BCC method, and introduces the characteristics of farmers and families, and the conditions of vegetable production. System and policy are analyzed in three aspects. The conclusion is that the resource allocation ability and resource utilization efficiency of vegetable farmers are not high, and the vegetable production efficiency is related to the years of education, planting technology, logistics level and purchase of agricultural insurance.
