鐵路零散貨物快運(yùn)經(jīng)營(yíng)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局研究

【摘要】:鐵路貨運(yùn)組織改革后,鐵路貨運(yùn)恢復(fù)了零擔(dān)貨物運(yùn)輸,貨物快運(yùn)列車的開行使鐵路零散貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)玫搅丝涨暗陌l(fā)展。因此方便貨主,實(shí)現(xiàn)“隨到隨辦”對(duì)鐵路零散貨物快運(yùn)的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要,而這與經(jīng)營(yíng)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的布局聯(lián)系緊密。但目前在某些區(qū)域,鐵路零散貨物快運(yùn)經(jīng)營(yíng)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)大多分布在鐵路線上,在城市內(nèi)部分布較為稀疏,因此出現(xiàn)了鐵路零散貨物快運(yùn)經(jīng)營(yíng)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局不均衡的現(xiàn)象,這樣就無法滿足所有貨主的需求,從而影響了鐵路貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)恼w服務(wù)質(zhì)量。因此,研究鐵路零散貨物快運(yùn)經(jīng)營(yíng)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的布局對(duì)鐵路零散貨物快運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展非常重要。本文從鐵路零散貨物快運(yùn)相關(guān)問題出發(fā),闡述了鐵路零散貨物快運(yùn)的內(nèi)涵及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并分析鐵路零散貨物快運(yùn)存在的問題,針對(duì)存在的問題提出解決方案。在對(duì)鐵路零散貨物快運(yùn)經(jīng)營(yíng)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)選址原則及影響因素進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合物流節(jié)點(diǎn)的選址理論及常用離散選址模型,建立了考慮客戶時(shí)間滿意度的集覆蓋模型研究鐵路零散貨物快運(yùn)經(jīng)營(yíng)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)在某區(qū)域的整體布局,給出在某區(qū)域包含作業(yè)站和不包含作業(yè)站兩種情況的算例驗(yàn)證其可行性,運(yùn)用Matlab軟件及Lingo軟件進(jìn)行求解;接著,從運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用最小出發(fā),建立了改進(jìn)后的P-中值數(shù)學(xué)選址模型對(duì)鐵路零散貨物快運(yùn)作業(yè)站在某區(qū)域的選址問題進(jìn)行分析,給出算例驗(yàn)證其可行性,采用Lingo軟件進(jìn)行求解。本文最后對(duì)鐵路零散小件“貨物專柜”網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的發(fā)展提出設(shè)想,重點(diǎn)對(duì)鐵路零散小件“貨物專柜”網(wǎng)點(diǎn)服務(wù)模式提出設(shè)想。本文為鐵路零散貨物快運(yùn)經(jīng)營(yíng)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的布局提供了一些思路與方法,并給出算例驗(yàn)證其可行性。且對(duì)鐵路零散小件“貨物專柜”網(wǎng)點(diǎn)提出的設(shè)想可為鐵路零散貨物快運(yùn)在解決小件包裹“門到門”服務(wù)提供參考。
[Abstract]:After the reform of railway freight transport organization, railway freight has resumed the transportation of cargoes, and the operation of freight express trains has been developed in an unprecedented way. Therefore, it is very important for the development of railway scattered goods express transportation to facilitate the consignor and realize "follow with go", which is closely related to the layout of the operation network. At present, however, in some regions, the distribution of railway scattered goods express operation network is mostly on railway lines and sparse in the city, so the distribution of railway scattered goods express operation network is not balanced. This will not meet the needs of all cargo owners, thus affecting the overall quality of rail cargo transport services. Therefore, it is very important to study the distribution of railway distribution network for the development of railway freight express service. Starting from the related problems of railway scattered goods express transportation, this paper expounds the connotation and development status of railway scattered goods express transportation, analyzes the existing problems of railway scattered goods express transportation, and puts forward solutions to the existing problems. Based on the analysis of the location principle and influencing factors of railway freight express network, combined with the location theory of logistics node and the discrete location model commonly used, In this paper, a set coverage model considering customer time satisfaction is established to study the overall layout of railway freight express operation network in a certain area, and an example is given to verify its feasibility in two cases, including the operation station and the operation station. MATLAB and Lingo software are used to solve the problem. Then, an improved P- median mathematical location model is established to analyze the location problem of railway freight express station in a certain area. In the end, this paper puts forward some ideas about the development of the "goods counter" network of the railway scattered small parts, and puts forward the tentative ideas on the service mode of the "goods special counter" network of the railway scattered small parts "goods counters". This paper provides some ideas and methods for the layout of railway freight express network, and gives an example to verify its feasibility. Moreover, the conception of railway distribution "cargo counter" can be used as a reference to solve the "door-to-door" service of small package.
