煤炭采購(gòu)與供應(yīng)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:煤炭資源是我國(guó)非常重要的戰(zhàn)略資源,是推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展必不可少的能源,并在我國(guó)一次能源結(jié)構(gòu)中占據(jù)無(wú)可取代的地位。物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的動(dòng)態(tài)系統(tǒng),由多個(gè)相互聯(lián)系、相互依存、相互影響的環(huán)節(jié)組成。與一般的物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)相比,煤炭物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)具有大宗貨物運(yùn)輸、物流節(jié)點(diǎn)多、物流線(xiàn)路長(zhǎng)、物流環(huán)節(jié)多等特點(diǎn)。通過(guò)對(duì)煤炭物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)、物流運(yùn)輸線(xiàn)路以及煤炭供應(yīng)商的合理選擇來(lái)合理規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)煤炭物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)是減少網(wǎng)絡(luò)物流成本的關(guān)鍵,尤其是煤炭的采購(gòu)成本。因此,對(duì)煤炭的采購(gòu)與供應(yīng)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題的研究具有重要意義。 本文首先在綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上,提出了研究問(wèn)題、構(gòu)建了研究?jī)?nèi)容及框架:其次,回顧了物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)、煤炭物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)相關(guān)理論以及模型和方法,為論文的研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ);第三,對(duì)煤炭采購(gòu)與供應(yīng)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入分析,并提出了優(yōu)化目標(biāo)和優(yōu)化內(nèi)容;綜合考慮煤炭用戶(hù)的位置分布、運(yùn)輸距離、物流基地的建設(shè)成本以及煤炭的加工處理成本等因素,構(gòu)建了基于煤炭物流基地選址的煤炭供應(yīng)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化模型;考慮煤炭的采購(gòu)成本、運(yùn)輸成本、中轉(zhuǎn)綜合費(fèi)用以及煤炭供應(yīng)商的服務(wù)質(zhì)量等因素,構(gòu)建了基于供應(yīng)商選擇的煤炭供應(yīng)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化模型;根據(jù)建立的模型特點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的遺傳算法。最后,將構(gòu)建的煤炭供應(yīng)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化模型和煤炭采購(gòu)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化模型應(yīng)用到豫北煤炭物流基地的實(shí)證研究中,并通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)的遺傳算法進(jìn)行求解,得到豫北煤炭物流基地的最佳位置以及豫北煤炭物流基地的三種煤炭(動(dòng)力煤、鑄焦煤和化工煤)的最佳采購(gòu)方案,為豫北煤炭物流基地的建設(shè)選址以及山西中南部鐵路開(kāi)通后的煤炭采購(gòu)方案提供了決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Coal resource is a very important strategic resource in our country, it is the indispensable energy to promote economic and social development, and occupies an irreplaceable position in the primary energy structure of our country. Logistics network system is a complex dynamic system, which is composed of several interrelated, interdependent and interactive links. Compared with the general logistics network, the coal logistics network has the characteristics of bulk cargo transportation, more logistics nodes, longer logistics lines and more logistics links. It is the key to reduce the cost of network logistics, especially the purchase cost of coal, to reasonably plan and design the coal logistics network through the rational selection of the nodes of the coal logistics network, the logistics transportation lines and the coal suppliers. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the logistics network optimization of coal purchasing and supply. On the basis of summarizing the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the research issues and constructs the research content and framework. Secondly, it reviews the logistics network, coal logistics network related theories, models and methods. It lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper. Thirdly, the optimization problem of coal purchasing and supply logistics network is deeply analyzed, and the optimization objectives and contents are put forward, considering the location distribution of coal users, transportation distance, and so on. Based on the construction cost of logistics base and the processing cost of coal, the optimization model of coal supply logistics network based on the location of coal logistics base is constructed, considering the purchase cost and transportation cost of coal. The optimization model of coal supply logistics network based on supplier selection is constructed, and the corresponding genetic algorithm is designed according to the characteristics of the established model. Finally, the coal supply logistics network optimization model and the coal purchasing logistics network optimization model are applied to the empirical study of the coal logistics base in the north of Henan Province, and solved by the genetic algorithm. Get the best position of the coal logistics base in the north of Henan and the best purchasing plan of three kinds of coal (thermal coal, cast coking coal and chemical coal) of the coal logistics base in the north of Henan province. It provides the decision basis for the construction of the coal logistics base in the north of Henan province and the coal purchasing scheme after the opening of the central and southern Shanxi railway.
