【摘要】：信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展使得市場(chǎng)環(huán)境發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。采購(gòu)管理系統(tǒng)體現(xiàn)了先進(jìn)的管理思想,這對(duì)企業(yè)管理水平以及運(yùn)營(yíng)效率的提高有著重要的意義。企業(yè)采購(gòu)活動(dòng)是公司事務(wù)中必不可少的一個(gè)部分。激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),要求企業(yè)必須提高自己的采購(gòu)管理水平,進(jìn)行有效管理,以適應(yīng)企業(yè)的發(fā)展。其主要變化在兩個(gè)方面,一方面,垂直化采購(gòu)模式越來(lái)越多的被采用;另一方面,企業(yè)自身存在的還不能得到很好解決的問(wèn)題,比如采購(gòu),物流,庫(kù)管,財(cái)務(wù)等各部門無(wú)法快速溝通協(xié)調(diào),從而增加了整個(gè)公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,降低了整體的工作效率。四川弘航集團(tuán)材料采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)能夠解決這些問(wèn)題,使整個(gè)四川弘航集團(tuán)的采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)變得簡(jiǎn)潔,高效,規(guī)范,降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,提高工作效率,讓員工擺脫原來(lái)繁瑣的審批程序。采購(gòu)管理系統(tǒng)能夠保證計(jì)劃的準(zhǔn)確性和采購(gòu)的合理性,提升企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,對(duì)降低員工工作壓力和改善企業(yè)文化也有幫助。系統(tǒng)由登陸注冊(cè)、采購(gòu)信息發(fā)布、訂單管理、財(cái)務(wù)結(jié)算、單據(jù)管理、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理、用戶管理,七個(gè)模塊組成�；诳缙脚_(tái),易用性,快速開(kāi)發(fā)等方面的考慮,本系統(tǒng)使用B/S架構(gòu),利用JAVA語(yǔ)言以及MYSQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行功能模塊的開(kāi)發(fā),使用基于TCP/IP協(xié)議的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)解決通訊問(wèn)題,從而設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)材料采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)。本論文所完成的主要工作:1、從課題的發(fā)起,意義以及實(shí)用價(jià)值,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了基本的介紹,對(duì)采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析;2、闡述了采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的理論與相關(guān)技術(shù),完成了四川弘航集團(tuán)材料采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì);3、完成了后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì)與建立;4、完成了四川弘航集團(tuán)材料采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)與測(cè)試;5、對(duì)四川弘航集團(tuán)材料采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the market environment has changed dramatically. The purchasing management system embodies the advanced management thought, which has the important significance to the enterprise management level as well as the operation efficiency enhancement. Enterprise purchasing activity is an essential part of company affairs. Fierce market competition requires enterprises to improve their purchasing management level and carry out effective management in order to adapt to the development of enterprises. The main changes are in two aspects: on the one hand, the vertical procurement model is being adopted more and more; on the other hand, the problems existing in the enterprise itself that cannot be solved very well, such as procurement, logistics, and warehouse management, Finance and other departments can not communicate quickly, thus increasing the operating costs of the whole company, reducing the overall efficiency. The design and implementation of the material purchasing business management system of Sichuan Honghang Group can solve these problems and make the procurement business of the whole Sichuan Honghang Group simple, efficient, standardized, reduce operating costs and improve working efficiency. Get employees out of the onerous approval process. The purchasing management system can ensure the accuracy of the plan and the rationality of the purchase, enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise, and also help to reduce the working pressure of the employees and improve the corporate culture. The system consists of seven modules: login registration, purchase information release, order management, financial settlement, document management, warehouse management, user management. Based on cross-platform, ease of use, rapid development and other considerations, this system uses B / S architecture, Java language and MySQL database for the development of functional modules, using TCP / IP protocol based network technology to solve communication problems. In order to design and implement the material procurement business management system. The main work of this thesis: 1, from the initiation, significance and practical value of the project, the status quo of procurement business management system at home and abroad is introduced. The requirement analysis of purchasing business management system is carried out, and the theory and related technology of procurement business management system are expounded. This paper has completed the design of material purchasing business management system of Sichuan Honghang Group, completed the design and establishment of backstage database and completed the realization and test of material purchasing business management system of Sichuan Honghang Group. The design and implementation of the management system for the purchasing business of regiment materials are summarized.
