【摘要】：隨著醫(yī)藥經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,物流作為第三利潤(rùn)源泉已經(jīng)變得越來(lái)越重要,物流的發(fā)展將成為企業(yè)間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的焦點(diǎn)。目前,國(guó)家正在推行醫(yī)藥生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)的GMP、GSP認(rèn)證工作,目的是為了對(duì)混亂的醫(yī)藥市場(chǎng)局面進(jìn)行有效治理,規(guī)范整個(gè)醫(yī)藥商業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)能力。根據(jù)醫(yī)藥物流十二五規(guī)劃,國(guó)家在未來(lái)幾年內(nèi)形成1—3家年銷售額過(guò)千億的全國(guó)性大型醫(yī)藥商業(yè)集團(tuán),20家年銷售額過(guò)百億的區(qū)域性藥品流通企業(yè)；藥品批發(fā)百?gòu)?qiáng)企業(yè)年銷售額占藥品批發(fā)總額85%以上,藥品零售連鎖百?gòu)?qiáng)企業(yè)年銷售額占藥品零售企業(yè)銷售總額60%以上；連鎖藥店占全部零售門店的比重提高到2/3以上�？h以下基層流通網(wǎng)絡(luò)更加健全。骨干企業(yè)綜合實(shí)力接近國(guó)際分銷企業(yè)先進(jìn)水平。面對(duì)激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和醫(yī)藥物流企業(yè)生存環(huán)境的日益惡劣,我國(guó)的醫(yī)藥生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)必須走”特色發(fā)展”的道路,即以內(nèi)涵發(fā)展為基本動(dòng)力,切實(shí)提高企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。因此,有必要用科學(xué)的方法和體系,對(duì)吉林省醫(yī)藥物流企業(yè)的管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行客觀的、科學(xué)的、準(zhǔn)確的審視和考察,認(rèn)識(shí)國(guó)內(nèi)外醫(yī)藥物流企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,明確企業(yè)自身的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)及在行業(yè)中的位勢(shì),制定適合自我發(fā)展的醫(yī)藥物流整合模式,為管理層提供切實(shí)可行的提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力的框架和思路。在此背景下,站在現(xiàn)代物流的角度,全面考察吉林省醫(yī)藥行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和有利條件,并以此為切入點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)藥行業(yè)在現(xiàn)代物流的平臺(tái)上的合理規(guī)劃、整合,保障醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,不但具有理論價(jià)值,也具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本課題將從現(xiàn)有醫(yī)藥物流的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),剖析我國(guó)現(xiàn)有的醫(yī)藥物流模式,提出物流實(shí)體配送中心與電子交易場(chǎng)的整合模式,為吉林省醫(yī)藥行業(yè)提供一些可供借鑒的方法,從而為保障人民群眾用藥的合法權(quán)益做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of pharmaceutical economy, the competition of pharmaceutical industry is becoming increasingly fierce, logistics as the third source of profits has become more and more important, the development of logistics will become the focus of competition among enterprises. At present, the government is promoting the GMPU GSP certification of pharmaceutical production and management enterprises, in order to effectively manage the chaotic situation of the pharmaceutical market and standardize the production and management ability of the whole pharmaceutical business. According to the 12th Five-Year Plan of Pharmaceutical Logistics, in the next few years, the country has formed 1-3 large national pharmaceutical commercial groups with annual sales of more than 100 billion yuan and 20 regional drug circulation enterprises with annual sales exceeding tens of billions; The annual sales volume of the top 100 drug wholesale enterprises accounts for more than 85 percent of the total drug wholesale volume, the annual sales volume of the top 100 drug retail chain enterprises accounts for more than 60 percent of the total sales volume of the drug retail enterprises, and the proportion of the chain drugstores accounts for more than 2 / 3 of the total retail stores. County below the grass-roots distribution network more sound. The comprehensive strength of backbone enterprises is close to the advanced level of international distribution enterprises. Faced with the fierce market competition and the increasingly bad living environment of the pharmaceutical logistics enterprises, the pharmaceutical production and management enterprises in our country must take the road of "characteristic development", that is, taking the connotation development as the basic motive force and improving the core competitiveness of the enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to use scientific methods and systems to examine and inspect objectively, scientifically and accurately the current management situation of pharmaceutical logistics enterprises in Jilin Province, so as to understand the survival and development of pharmaceutical logistics enterprises at home and abroad. The advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise and its position in the industry are clearly defined, and the medical logistics integration model suitable for the self-development is formulated to provide the management with a feasible framework and train of thought to improve the competitive ability of the enterprise. In this context, from the perspective of modern logistics, the realistic significance and favorable conditions of the development of modern logistics in the pharmaceutical industry of Jilin Province are comprehensively investigated, and as a starting point, the rational planning and integration of the pharmaceutical industry on the platform of modern logistics can be realized. To ensure the healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry, not only has theoretical value, but also has practical significance. This subject will proceed from the current situation of pharmaceutical logistics, analyze the existing medical logistics model in China, put forward the integration model of logistics entity distribution center and electronic trading field, and provide some methods for the pharmaceutical industry of Jilin Province to use for reference. So as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the people to make a contribution to medication.
