農(nóng)用皮卡傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)參數(shù)優(yōu)化及換擋策略研究

【摘要】:皮卡作為農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流和現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的一種重要的交通運(yùn)輸工具,它既有轎車乘坐舒適性又具有一定載貨的能力是農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化和新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的重要組成部分。由于皮卡常在農(nóng)村道路行駛,需克服復(fù)雜的行駛工況,其動(dòng)力性影響整車的通過性、使用性和操控性,其燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性影響農(nóng)戶的使用成本及能否滿足國(guó)家燃油消耗要求,其排放性則直接決定該車能否達(dá)到國(guó)家排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而獲得生產(chǎn)和上市許可。本文以皮卡整車的動(dòng)力性、燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性及排放特性為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),對(duì)整車進(jìn)行了傳動(dòng)系參數(shù)優(yōu)化及換擋策略優(yōu)化,并通過整車仿真模型對(duì)各優(yōu)化方案進(jìn)行動(dòng)力性、燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性及排放性仿真對(duì)比分析,最終采用整車性能綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系對(duì)各方案進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。本文對(duì)傳動(dòng)系參數(shù)優(yōu)化匹配的方法和整車匹配的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了深入探討,并建立了整車性能綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系;根據(jù)原車相關(guān)參數(shù)及實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),應(yīng)用GT-Drive軟件建立皮卡整車仿真模型,對(duì)整車仿真模型進(jìn)行靜力學(xué)、動(dòng)力學(xué)及運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)仿真,將仿真結(jié)果與原車實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)或官方公布數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比對(duì),完成整車仿真模型校準(zhǔn);對(duì)皮卡匹配原傳動(dòng)系參數(shù)進(jìn)行仿真計(jì)算,分析發(fā)現(xiàn)皮卡匹配原傳動(dòng)系存在的問題及導(dǎo)致原因,為傳動(dòng)系優(yōu)化提供改進(jìn)思路和途徑;建立了一套完整的傳動(dòng)系優(yōu)化匹配的方法,并采用VBA開發(fā)出傳動(dòng)系參數(shù)優(yōu)化程序,該程序可根據(jù)客戶需求進(jìn)行正向傳動(dòng)系參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì),計(jì)算方便快捷;在皮卡匹配優(yōu)化后傳動(dòng)系的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步研究換擋策略,建立了最佳經(jīng)濟(jì)性換擋策略數(shù)學(xué)模型,并制定了最佳經(jīng)濟(jì)性換擋策略基本原則,利用GT-Drive中求解模塊得到最佳經(jīng)濟(jì)性換擋策略曲線;調(diào)用生成的最佳經(jīng)濟(jì)性換擋策略進(jìn)行整車仿真計(jì)算,分析了整車動(dòng)力性、燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性及排放性,對(duì)比分析整車優(yōu)化傳動(dòng)系前后、整車既優(yōu)化傳動(dòng)系又優(yōu)化換擋策略前后車輛各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)變化;最后通過建立的綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系對(duì)原車方案、優(yōu)化傳動(dòng)系方案、既優(yōu)化傳動(dòng)系又優(yōu)化換擋策略方案進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),其對(duì)應(yīng)整合性能評(píng)價(jià)值分別為0.91、0.95、0.98,評(píng)價(jià)值越大,整車綜合性能越好,因此,皮卡匹配既優(yōu)化傳動(dòng)系又優(yōu)化換擋策略方案整車綜合性能最佳,達(dá)到了優(yōu)化目的。
[Abstract]:As an important means of transportation for agricultural products logistics and modern agriculture development, pick-up truck is an important part of agricultural modernization and the construction of new countryside. Since pickup trucks often drive on rural roads, they need to overcome complex driving conditions, and their power performance affects the passing, use and control of the whole vehicle, and their fuel economy affects the cost of use of farmers and whether they can meet the requirements of national fuel consumption. Its emission directly determines whether the vehicle can meet the national emission standards and obtain production and marketing permits. In this paper, the power performance, fuel economy and emission characteristics of the truck are optimized, the parameters of the transmission system and the shift strategy are optimized, and the power performance of the optimized schemes is carried out through the simulation model of the whole vehicle. The fuel economy and emissivity are compared and analyzed. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation system of vehicle performance is adopted to evaluate the schemes. In this paper, the optimization matching method of transmission system parameters and the evaluation index of vehicle matching are discussed in depth, and a comprehensive evaluation system of vehicle performance is established, which is based on the related parameters of the original vehicle and the experimental data. The GT-Drive software is used to establish the vehicle simulation model of pickup truck. The simulation model of the whole vehicle is simulated by statics, dynamics and kinematics. The simulation results are compared with the measured data of the original vehicle or the official published data to complete the calibration of the vehicle simulation model. The paper simulates the parameters of the original transmission system of the pickup truck, finds out the existing problems and causes of the original transmission system of the truck matching, provides an improved train of thought and approach for the optimization of the transmission system, and establishes a set of complete methods for the optimization and matching of the transmission system. The optimization program of transmission system parameters is developed by using VBA. The program can design the parameters of forward transmission system according to the customer's demand, and the calculation is convenient and quick. On the basis of the optimized transmission system matching with the pick-up truck, the shift strategy is further studied. The mathematical model of the optimal economic shift strategy is established, and the basic principles of the optimal economic shift strategy are established. The optimal economic shift strategy curve is obtained by solving the module in GT-Drive. The optimal economic shift strategy is used to simulate the whole vehicle, and the power performance, fuel economy and emission of the whole vehicle are analyzed, and the transmission system before and after the optimization of the whole vehicle is compared and analyzed. The vehicle performance index changes before and after optimizing the transmission system and shifting strategy. Finally, through the established comprehensive evaluation system, the original vehicle scheme, the optimized transmission system and the shift strategy scheme are comprehensively evaluated. The corresponding integrative performance evaluation values are 0.91g 0.95 / 0.98, respectively. The greater the evaluation value is, the better the overall performance of the whole vehicle is. Therefore, the truck matching has the best comprehensive performance, which not only optimizes the transmission system but also optimizes the shift strategy, and achieves the purpose of optimization.
