【摘要】：通過2000—2013年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),對“一帶一路”沿線省(區(qū)市)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展與城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)“一帶一路”沿線省(區(qū)市)旅游企業(yè)和入境旅游外匯收入狀況均存在較大分化。在“一帶”各省(區(qū)市)中,旅游企業(yè)的發(fā)展對城鄉(xiāng)居民的收入增加產(chǎn)生了正向影響,并有力縮小了城鄉(xiāng)差距,但是農(nóng)村居民無法從入境旅游的發(fā)展中受益。在“一路”各省市中,旅游企業(yè)的發(fā)展可以通過改善產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)提高農(nóng)村居民收入并縮小城鄉(xiāng)差距,入境旅游的發(fā)展為城鄉(xiāng)居民增收和城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌作出了較大貢獻(xiàn)。從各省(區(qū)市)控制變量的主要估計(jì)結(jié)果來看,政府財(cái)政支出的“城市偏向型”特征較為明顯,城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程對各省(區(qū)市)城鄉(xiāng)居民增收均產(chǎn)生了有益的影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the relevant data from 2000 to 2013, this paper studies the relationship between tourism development and urban and rural development along "Belt and Road". It is found that tourism enterprises and foreign exchange income of inbound tourism along "Belt and Road" line are greatly differentiated. In the provinces (districts and cities), the development of tourism enterprises has a positive impact on the income increase of urban and rural residents, and can narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, but rural residents can not benefit from the development of inbound tourism. In all provinces and cities along the way, the development of tourism enterprises can improve the income of rural residents and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas by improving the industrial structure. The development of inbound tourism has made great contributions to the increase of income of urban and rural residents and the overall planning of urban and rural areas. From the main estimation results of the control variables of provinces (districts and cities), the characteristics of "urban bias" of government fiscal expenditure are obvious, and the urbanization process has a beneficial effect on the increase of income of urban and rural residents in all provinces (districts and cities).
