【摘要】：黑總統(tǒng)李子是我國近年來發(fā)展較快的優(yōu)質(zhì)新品種,但在采收到銷售過程中,若操作不當(dāng),極易發(fā)生褐變及品質(zhì)降低的問題�；谌a(chǎn)業(yè)鏈技術(shù)的需求和發(fā)展,本文對黑總統(tǒng)李子的流通現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研,總結(jié)出黑總統(tǒng)李子從田間優(yōu)質(zhì)栽培到銷售過程中的全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈物流保鮮技術(shù)要點(diǎn),旨在為黑總統(tǒng)品種李子的商品化流通提供技術(shù)參考。
[Abstract]:Black President Plum is a new high quality variety developed rapidly in China in recent years, but in the process of collecting and selling, it is easy to browning and quality degradation if the operation is not proper. Based on the demand and development of the whole industry chain technology, this paper investigates the current situation of the circulation of the black president plum, and summarizes the main points of the whole industry chain logistics fresh-keeping technology of the black president plum from the field high quality cultivation to the sale process. The aim is to provide the technical reference for the commercial circulation of the black president variety plum.
