【摘要】:當(dāng)今時(shí)代,經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技都在全球化的形勢下快速發(fā)展,知識更新速度與日俱增。雖然物流行業(yè)發(fā)展快速,也取得了許多可喜的成績,但是在發(fā)展的過程中依然存在一些問題。例如,物流企業(yè)數(shù)量不斷上升,企業(yè)競爭力卻依然不足;物流企業(yè)對于服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的重視不足,導(dǎo)致企業(yè)在發(fā)展的過程中很難突破瓶頸,實(shí)現(xiàn)質(zhì)的飛躍。與此同時(shí),國外物流企業(yè)陸續(xù)進(jìn)入到我國市場,行業(yè)競爭壓力加劇,我國物流企業(yè)面臨著前所未有的危機(jī)和挑戰(zhàn)。所以采取措施改變這樣的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提高我國物流企業(yè)自身的核心能力已經(jīng)迫在眉睫。物流行業(yè)是一種新型的服務(wù)業(yè),行業(yè)的發(fā)展立足于市場需求以及信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),面對快速變化的外部環(huán)境,物流企業(yè)需要一股推動(dòng)自身發(fā)展的內(nèi)部動(dòng)力,而服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力就是推動(dòng)物流企業(yè)不斷發(fā)展的源動(dòng)力,F(xiàn)在有部分物流企業(yè)開始意識到服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的重要性,服務(wù)創(chuàng)新既是企業(yè)發(fā)展的核心驅(qū)動(dòng)力,也是架起物流企業(yè)和用戶需求的重要橋梁,更是提高物流企業(yè)運(yùn)作效率的有力保障,而服務(wù)創(chuàng)新最終也引導(dǎo)著整個(gè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展方向。由此可見,物流企業(yè)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新對企業(yè)的發(fā)展有著重要的作用。因此,本文選擇服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的視角,對物流企業(yè)核心能力的演化進(jìn)行研究。首先,本文以服務(wù)創(chuàng)新為視角,分析形成物流企業(yè)核心能力影響因素及演化過程,通過歸納分析,構(gòu)建基于服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的物流企業(yè)核心能力演化影響因素的概念模型,并提出影響物流企業(yè)核心能力演化的12個(gè)主要影響因素,通過因子分析方法對影響物流企業(yè)核心能力演化的因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。結(jié)果表明,從服務(wù)創(chuàng)新視角出發(fā),物流企業(yè)創(chuàng)新技術(shù)以及創(chuàng)新實(shí)施能力對企業(yè)發(fā)展起著舉足輕重的作用。知識吸納能力、人力資源、企業(yè)文化塑造力、競爭對手、技術(shù)進(jìn)步等因素對物流企業(yè)核心能力演化影響程度較高。其次,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的方法研究現(xiàn)代物流企業(yè)核心能力演化的因果關(guān)系,構(gòu)建核心能力演化的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,并采用Vensim PLE軟件對模型進(jìn)行仿真分析。通過對仿真模型進(jìn)行有效性和靈敏度分析,表明該模型能夠較好的對物流企業(yè)核心能力演化過程進(jìn)行擬合,揭示物流企業(yè)核心能力演化的過程以及機(jī)理。最后,總結(jié)物流企業(yè)核心能力演化的研究結(jié)論,分別從四個(gè)方面為物流企業(yè)核心能力的提升提供管理策略。分別為創(chuàng)新層面,資源層面,企業(yè)文化層面、組織管理層面。核心能力的提升有助于提高物流企業(yè)的整體運(yùn)作效率,指導(dǎo)物流企業(yè)在變化的市場中占得一席之地。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, economy, science and technology are developing rapidly under the situation of globalization, and the speed of knowledge renewal is increasing day by day. Although the development of logistics industry has made many gratifying achievements, but there are still some problems in the process of development. For example, the number of logistics enterprises continues to rise, but the competitiveness of enterprises is still insufficient; logistics enterprises pay less attention to service innovation, resulting in the development of enterprises in the process of breaking through the bottleneck to achieve a qualitative leap. At the same time, foreign logistics enterprises have entered the market of our country one after another, the industry competition pressure intensifies, our country logistics enterprise faces unprecedented crisis and challenge. Therefore, it is urgent to take measures to change the present situation and improve the core competence of Chinese logistics enterprises. Logistics industry is a new type of service industry. The development of logistics industry is based on market demand and information network technology. In the face of the rapidly changing external environment, logistics enterprises need an internal power to promote their own development. The ability of service innovation is the driving force to promote the continuous development of logistics enterprises. Now some logistics enterprises are beginning to realize the importance of service innovation. Service innovation is not only the core driving force of enterprise development, but also an important bridge between logistics enterprises and customer needs, and also a powerful guarantee to improve the operational efficiency of logistics enterprises. And the service innovation finally also guides the entire enterprise's development direction. Thus, the service innovation of logistics enterprises plays an important role in the development of enterprises. Therefore, this article chooses the service innovation angle of view, carries on the research to the logistics enterprise core competence evolution. First of all, from the perspective of service innovation, this paper analyzes the influencing factors and evolution process of the core competence of logistics enterprises, and through induction and analysis, constructs a conceptual model of the factors affecting the evolution of core competence of logistics enterprises based on service innovation. It also puts forward 12 main factors that affect the evolution of the core competence of logistics enterprises, and empirically analyzes the factors that affect the evolution of the core competence of logistics enterprises by the method of factor analysis. The results show that, from the perspective of service innovation, the innovation technology and innovation implementation ability of logistics enterprises play an important role in the development of enterprises. Factors such as knowledge absorption capacity, human resources, corporate culture shaping power, competitors, technological progress and other factors have a high degree of influence on the evolution of logistics enterprises' core competence. Secondly, using the method of system dynamics to study the causality of the evolution of the core competence of modern logistics enterprises, the system dynamics model of the evolution of the core competence is constructed, and the simulation analysis of the model is carried out by using Vensim PLE software. By analyzing the validity and sensitivity of the simulation model, it is shown that the model can fit the evolution process of the core competence of logistics enterprises and reveal the evolution process and mechanism of the core competence of logistics enterprises. Finally, it summarizes the research conclusions of the evolution of the core competence of logistics enterprises, and provides management strategies for the improvement of the core competence of logistics enterprises from four aspects. They are innovation level, resource level, corporate culture level and organizational management level. The improvement of core competence helps to improve the overall operational efficiency of logistics enterprises and guide logistics enterprises to occupy a place in the changing market.
