生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化及仿真研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和居民消費(fèi)水平的不斷提高,我國生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量和流通量逐年增加,而全社會對生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)和安全的關(guān)注也空前高漲,這就對生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品從產(chǎn)地至消費(fèi)者手中的各流通環(huán)節(jié)提出了更高的管理控制要求。一般而言,有兩個重要因素影響生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通過程中的質(zhì)量安全:一個是溫度因素,即流通過程中的生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品應(yīng)儲存于合適的溫度環(huán)境;另外一個則是時間因素,生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品對時間具有較強(qiáng)敏感性,要盡可能減少運(yùn)輸配送過程所耗費(fèi)的時間。本文針對生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送時效性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn),考慮諸多資源約束,在構(gòu)建生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)的基礎(chǔ)上,對生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送路徑及配送中心作業(yè)效率問題進(jìn)行優(yōu)化與仿真研究,這對于減少生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的配送時間和配送費(fèi)用,提高生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送效率,最大限度保證農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的新鮮度具有重要的意義。合理的生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)是提高配送效率的關(guān)鍵,研究根據(jù)生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品易腐、保質(zhì)期短等特性,綜合考慮成本、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等因素的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用多目標(biāo)規(guī)劃方法,建立了生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送中心多目標(biāo)選址模型并用算例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)模型;研究根據(jù)確定的配送網(wǎng)絡(luò),考慮諸多約束條件,應(yīng)用多目標(biāo)規(guī)劃方法,建立顧客滿意度最大和成本最小的多目標(biāo)規(guī)劃模型,改進(jìn)GA來求解帶模糊時間窗的配送路徑問題,并用算例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證;研究根據(jù)某典型冷鏈物流企業(yè)配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù),應(yīng)用Flexsim仿真方法對該網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了仿真優(yōu)化研究。本文的主要結(jié)論包括:(1)建立了生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)選址模型,給出了模型的求解方法,并構(gòu)建了生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)模型;(2)建立了生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送路徑優(yōu)化模型并設(shè)計了模型的求解算法,研究結(jié)果表明,生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送路徑多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型及其求解算法是有效的,是可以為生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送路徑?jīng)Q策優(yōu)化提供理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo);參數(shù)敏感性分析結(jié)果可以作為模型應(yīng)用中對參數(shù)進(jìn)行有效控制的依據(jù);(3)基于Flexsim建立了某冷鏈物流企業(yè)配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)仿真模型,根據(jù)對仿真模型運(yùn)行結(jié)果的分析提出了優(yōu)化該企業(yè)配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)的具體措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the adjustment of agricultural structure and the continuous improvement of the consumption level of residents, the output and circulation of fresh agricultural products in China have increased year by year, and the whole society has been paying more and more attention to the quality and safety of fresh agricultural products. This put forward higher management and control requirements for fresh agricultural products from the origin to the hands of consumers. In general, there are two important factors that affect the quality and safety of fresh agricultural products in circulation: one is the temperature factor, that is, the fresh agricultural products in circulation should be stored in an appropriate temperature environment, and the other is the time factor. Fresh agricultural products have strong sensitivity to time, and the time spent in transportation and distribution should be reduced as much as possible. According to the characteristics of fresh agricultural product distribution, considering many resource constraints, this paper optimizes and simulates the distribution path and operation efficiency of fresh agricultural product distribution center on the basis of constructing fresh agricultural product distribution network. It is of great significance to reduce the distribution time and cost of fresh agricultural products, improve the efficiency of distribution of fresh agricultural products, and ensure the freshness of agricultural products to the maximum extent. The rational distribution network of fresh agricultural products is the key to improve the distribution efficiency. According to the characteristics of fresh agricultural products such as perishable and short shelf life and taking into account the factors such as cost, economic environment and infrastructure, this paper studies the application of multi-objective programming method. The multi-objective location model of fresh agricultural product distribution center is established and verified by a numerical example. On this basis, the network structure model of fresh agricultural product distribution is constructed, and a lot of constraints are considered according to the determined distribution network. A multi-objective programming model with maximum customer satisfaction and minimum cost is established by using multi-objective programming method, and GA is improved to solve the distribution routing problem with fuzzy time window, and an example is used to verify it. According to the actual data of a typical cold chain logistics enterprise distribution network, the simulation optimization of the network is studied by using Flexsim simulation method. The main conclusions of this paper include: (1) the node location model of fresh agricultural products distribution network is established, and the method of solving the model is given. The network structure model of fresh agricultural product distribution is constructed. (2) the optimization model of fresh agricultural product distribution path is established and the algorithm for solving the model is designed. The research results show that, The multi-objective optimization model of fresh agricultural product distribution path and its solving algorithm are effective and can provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the decision optimization of fresh agricultural product distribution path. The results of parameter sensitivity analysis can be used as the basis for the effective control of parameters in the application of the model. (3) based on Flexsim, a distribution network simulation model of a cold chain logistics enterprise is established. Based on the analysis of the results of the simulation model, the concrete measures to optimize the distribution network of the enterprise are put forward.
