【摘要】：隨著中蒙俄經(jīng)濟走廊的建設與推進,中國與蒙古之間的貨物運輸在數(shù)量與內(nèi)容上出現(xiàn)了新的變化。從事中蒙物流運輸?shù)钠髽I(yè)對中蒙跨境物流運輸便利化提出了更高的要求。文章以跨境物流運輸便利化與貿(mào)易便利化的聯(lián)系為視角,從中蒙跨境物流運輸能力、中蒙口岸基礎設施建設、中蒙貿(mào)易便利化發(fā)展、中國海關(guān)通關(guān)效率等四個方面分析了中蒙跨境物流運輸便利化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、指出了中蒙跨境物流運輸存在的問題,如:中蒙交通設施仍然薄弱、中蒙海關(guān)合作發(fā)展不平衡和中蒙跨境自由貿(mào)易區(qū)合作程度比較低等。在此分析基礎上,結(jié)合企業(yè)需求以及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需要,提出了進一步實現(xiàn)和完善中蒙跨境物流運輸便利化的對策與建議。
[Abstract]:With the construction and promotion of the economic corridor between China, Mongolia and Mongolia, the quantity and content of cargo transportation between China and Mongolia have changed. Enterprises engaged in logistics transport in China and Mongolia put forward higher requirements for facilitation of cross-border logistics transport between China and Mongolia. From the point of view of the relationship between cross-border logistics transport facilitation and trade facilitation, the paper discusses the development of Sino-Mongolian cross-border logistics transport capacity, the construction of Sino-Mongolian port infrastructure, and the development of China-Mongolia trade facilitation. This paper analyzes the present situation of cross-border logistics transport facilitation between China and Mongolia from four aspects, such as the efficiency of customs clearance, and points out the problems existing in cross-border logistics transport between China and Mongolia, such as: the transport facilities between China and Mongolia are still weak. The development of customs cooperation between China and Mongolia is uneven, and the level of cooperation in cross-border free trade area between China and Mongolia is relatively low. On the basis of this analysis, combined with the needs of enterprises and industrial development, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to further realize and improve the facilitation of cross-border logistics transport between China and Mongolia.
