【摘要】：近年來(lái),國(guó)家相應(yīng)出臺(tái)了包括《國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委員會(huì)關(guān)于印發(fā)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流發(fā)展規(guī)劃的通知》等一系列政策文件,意味著冷鏈物流已經(jīng)被搬上了國(guó)家發(fā)展議程上來(lái)。如何加強(qiáng)我國(guó)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、降低物流運(yùn)輸成本和食品安全等方面,都牽涉到對(duì)冷鏈物流的研究,因此,冷鏈物流建設(shè)都顯得非常重要。受歷史原因、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、地理環(huán)境的長(zhǎng)期影響,新疆地區(qū)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流發(fā)展仍相對(duì)滯后,一些物流企業(yè)發(fā)展相對(duì)較慢,企業(yè)中存在各種各樣的問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重影響物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流企業(yè)中,絕大多數(shù)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品沒(méi)有低溫冷凍,也沒(méi)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)冷藏倉(cāng)庫(kù),而是暴露在常溫環(huán)境中,這種情況下易造成農(nóng)產(chǎn)品持續(xù)損耗,隨著時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)損耗將越來(lái)越多。我國(guó)的冷鏈物流企業(yè)目前冷鏈物流管理尚不完善,冷鏈物流企業(yè)冷鏈體系普及也尚不到位,因此,本文結(jié)合愛(ài)猴猴公司實(shí)際情況,將愛(ài)猴猴公司農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流中存在的問(wèn)題逐一列出,分析問(wèn)題所在原因,并根據(jù)問(wèn)題形成的因素提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)意見(jiàn),以促進(jìn)愛(ài)猴猴公司能健康快速的發(fā)展。本研究在分析了新疆整體物流環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,以愛(ài)猴猴公司為例,對(duì)其物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,包括愛(ài)猴猴公司冷鏈物流特點(diǎn)分析、存在問(wèn)題分析。通過(guò)分析愛(ài)猴猴公司的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),以及面臨的機(jī)會(huì)和挑戰(zhàn),最后提出促進(jìn)愛(ài)猴猴公司更快更健康的發(fā)展方式,應(yīng)當(dāng)從規(guī)范遇冷環(huán)節(jié)、加強(qiáng)信息化建設(shè),減少牛鞭效應(yīng)、加大設(shè)備建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)與第三方物流企業(yè)合作、加大專業(yè)人才引進(jìn)這幾個(gè)策略著手。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the state has issued a series of policy documents, including the notice of the National Development and Reform Commission on issuing the development plan of cold chain logistics for agricultural products, which means that the cold chain logistics has been put on the national development agenda. How to strengthen the competitiveness of agricultural products, reduce the cost of logistics transportation and food safety and other aspects are involved in the research of cold chain logistics, so the construction of cold chain logistics is very important. Due to the long-term influence of historical reasons, economic environment and geographical environment, the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Xinjiang is still relatively lagging, and some logistics enterprises are relatively slow, and the existence of various problems in enterprises seriously affects the development of logistics enterprises. In the cold chain logistics enterprises of agricultural products, most agricultural products do not freeze at low temperature and there is no standard refrigerated warehouse, but they are exposed to the normal temperature environment. In this case, it is easy to cause the sustained loss of agricultural products, which will be more and more with the prolongation of time. At present, the cold chain logistics management of our country's cold chain logistics enterprises is not perfect, and the cold chain system of cold chain logistics enterprises is still not in place. In order to promote the healthy and rapid development of the company, the problems existing in the cold chain logistics of the agricultural products of the company are listed one by one, the causes of the problems are analyzed, and the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward according to the factors of the formation of the problems in order to promote the healthy and rapid development of the company. Based on the analysis of the overall logistics environment in Xinjiang, this paper analyzes the current situation of the logistics development of the company, including the analysis of the characteristics of the cold chain logistics of the company, and the analysis of the existing problems. Through the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and challenges faced by the company, it is proposed to promote a faster and healthier way of development of the company. We should strengthen the information construction and reduce the bullwhip effect by standardizing the link that is not as expected. Increase equipment construction, strengthen cooperation with third-party logistics enterprises, increase the introduction of professionals to these strategies.
